Stained sheets. No soap. Towels above toilet.

The latch on the door was removed so it felt a little unsafe used my luggage and ice chest to keep the door pushed in. Ice machine was not working =0((. Other than that, it was a very clean room it was just remodeled. Will consider another stay at the property.

The property is under renovation and there was work being done in the early mornings so we were woken up. Other then that the property was what we expected.

Dirty stained carpet smelled like crusty feet stains on carpet and found boogers on carpet also low water pressure out of shower head

Hotel construction

Currently being remodeled, we personally didn’t have any issues. The room was clean.

Room is very clean and newly renovated. The outside needs updating. Overall good stay.

This property was falling apart. There were electrical wires hanging from the celling. Holes in the wall. We went in March during the weekend and the hotel was almost empty. The shower was also design for the handle to stop at half way so you could not use there precious hot water so we took cold showers. I was confused but I think everyone else got the message but us to stay away from this property. After staying here I would recommend going anywhere else even if you have to spend $20-$30 more a night.

It was extremely dirty. Front desk was not at all helpful. Worst stay ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. SPEND A BIT MORE MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Manager henry was amazing.

Beds were comfortable and room was nicely remodeled, However restroom still had hair from previous travelers.

Very convenient location. I did not like this place you really pay wat u get for. Restroom not clean. Room light were sensores to turn on all night when you would get up. So sensores must of been Brocken because if I would turn in bed lights would turn. I had to get up 5 times at night to shut the rooms light off. Towels weren’t clean tub was not clean. Toilet was plugged when we got ther they had to send some one to unplug it. Gentleman was very nice but appearance not professional at all. Won’t be staying ther no more.

I should have run, but I had booked a non-refundable stay and it was just going to be a few short hours before heading to the airport super early. First off, I was taken aback by the pungent odor as soon I walked into the office. I mean my nose was burning and my stomach was starting to hurl. It smelled like urine, and or feces or animal waste. The agent came out in white shorts, looked like boxers and a t-shirt. He must live there, not at all professional looking. I was bracing myself as I entered the room. First, the door and security lock was off. I was not able to close the door all the way, leaving a small air space, I pulled on the door and it didn't seem to open without a key, so I left it as that. Upon entering, it looked decently clean, it didn't smell, so that was good. The carpet and sofa a run down, bathroom was okay, except for the mirrors, were not cleaned properly. But the worse, was the bedding. Hole's on the sheets, no comforter, only a top sheet, so it was cold. Then I happened to check the bottom linen to see if there was more to the top sheet and I found the mattress cover, absolutely disgusting. The were yellow urine marks, and what looked like a feces stain. The sheets (fitted & top) looked clean, so I just stayed in one corner of the bed to sleep a few hours. I absolutely do not recommend staying here, and I certainly will not be returning ever again!

Enjoyed this property!! Stayed a week will definitely come back ! Look past outside

Beds were never made. Pillows.on bed were dirty and my room was cleaned once in my 4 day stay after I complained about ants in my room. I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia regarding a refund.

Freshly remodeled

Bathroom was not well cleaned. No toiletries, no coffee, not enough towel and only one small trash can for the whole room. The only reason I give this place a two star rating is because the person (who I assume is manager/owner) who helped me check in was very nice and helpful.

I was disappointed to find that the property is largely under construction. While I do recognize that it may be being renovated, I feel this is pertinent information to share with the consumer. I did not end up staying here but rather got another hotel that felt safer.

The tub was dirty and tv was cracked up I couldn’t watch it I told the manager he didn’t want to change my room and they’re still holding my deposit never again so

The rate was okay. This time we had a good rate and a ground floor room. We were able to have our baggage organized for our trip out. The room was a good sized room. Two queen beds,non smoking. The shower needs a new curtain, but it was a functioning shower place. Feeling thankful after being price gouged at the Colony Inn Buena Park. That was a very dirty room!!!! Unexceptional, coach roaches!

Room was horrible and area was bad

lots of homeless and vagrant looking people hanging around. We found a pack of cigarettes a previous guest left in a drawer. (in a non smoking room). Literally hear people outside until one AM talking in normal voice or louder outside our door. We most definitely wont ever stay there again

When we check into our room , there was ZERO toilet paper, room smelled like urin, 2 shower towels will yellow stains on them, and ZERO soap. I stay at hotels all the time. When I told manger of hotel about it , he spoke very little English or maybe he was acting , but nothing got done. There were drunks all over the place, broken glass and trash almost in every parking spot. Can’t make this stuff up. One room looked like it was on fire downstairs, and was boarded up. No lights outside so you are in pitch black and makes you feel very unsafe. Would not stay here for free.

Room was good.

They took my deposit and still have not given it back and they have caller ID and will not answer the phone. My room had a TV with nothing to watch. My bathroom had a toilet that didn't flush correctly and the shower was dirty. Never stay here, this place sucks.

I like that there wasn't much distraction, farely a quitr place,other than a altercation between two guest leading to destruction of hotel property. I could say it was almost perfect.

The service customer service was horrible very unprofessional I will never again book for that Travelodge

It was not good at all. the first impression was with the people at the front desk if you can call that a front desk ;they didn't speak english so I have to use signs to make myself understood . The front desk was full of dust and disgusting. The second bad impression was seen a lot trash everywhere in the parking lot and homeless like people drinking in the hallway, me and my wife didn't feel safe at all. We didn't even want to spend the night there. I just showered for an event I needed to go to and check out a couple hours later. We wanted to get the hell out of there. And to top it all ,they charged my card $60 dollars for the key deposit and is supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks to be credited back to my card .I just hope I get my refund!!

A deposit that somehow takes 7-10 days

Rooms dirty bed bugs hairs everywhere I mean wow it was horrible. Management don’t speak proper English, so they don’t give a damn about ur complaints. People outside walking around very sketchy and they were guest of the hotel, doing drugstore and I seen one of them selling smh .....

Room not clean just repet same linen, bathroom not clean, tv not work, Refrigator is very dirty, no microwave, no ironbord, no chair on computer desk, n one chair at coffee table. I even no take shower think how dirty is n unclean linens never come again. NOT RECOMMEND EVEN FREE TO ANYONE.

This place is very trashy and almost scary wouldn’t recommend kids or women stay there a lot of drug use and who knows going on outside, was woken up by a crazy man screaming words that I can’t write at everybody at 5 in the morning, the lady behind the desk is very aggressive and rude but seeing what she has to deal with you can kinda understand, won’t be going back for sure
