We live in SD and always rent at the beach/bay and have for years, this place by far is the best. We will be coming back here again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place highlighted by its Incredible view of the bay right on the beach. Easy access to local restaurants . Dane was the perfect host working with us on a couple of our special requests.

Wonderful property. View of Mission Bay was super and nightly fireworks from Sea Workd were a bonus. Location was close to grocery store and many restaurants. Only two blocks from the ocean the breeze was enjoyable and the walk to the beach was easy.
The house was well appointed and we were very pleased. 100% recommend.

This was the absolute best place to stay in Mission Beach. Staying on the bay side was so peaceful and calm and the ocean side was only a street away. The interior was to die for and the whole place was stocked with everything you need. There is a STEAM shower!

We had a wonderful time. The property is well located and more than large enough for our family.
We enjoyed the area, the proximity to the ocean and the amazing sunrises.
It’s not possibly your take more than one shower at a time however and we kept having issues with the code for the front door. We would have appreciated a garage door opener as well.
Property managers were nice and responsive.
We recommend this rental!

Such a beautiful home! Plenty of space for our group of 6, views galore, ideally located walking distance to restaurants (& right next to Catamaran Resort), clean, & of course we loved being right on the calm bay with our young children. We plan to return again Spring Break 2024, well done Surf Style!

Absolutely delightful vacation, from Surf Style hosts making checkin and checkout easy to the beautiful unit with amazing views to the location right on the relaxing bay. We couldn't have asked for more!!

The location was perfect and the condo would have been much more enjoyable if we would have had enough hot water for the four of use to take showers. In addition, the rules regarding the use of the A/C in the condo were less than reasonable. It was too hot downstairs and sometimes too warm in the main living area because we were not supposed to set the thermostat below 72 degrees without the possibility of having to pay additional money in the unlikely scenario that the A/C unit would have broken down. My wife attempted to reach the property management company twice and did not hear back from them at all. We were very dissatisfied with the lack of communication

The condo is right on the bay. The front of the condo is all windows......what a view. The path is right out your front door.
There is a 2 car garage so parking isn't a problem.

We stayed here with my family for 5 nights and loved every second of it. It was super clean, great views and great location. The only downside is the amount of tile stairs, we have a 3-year old so I kept worrying he would fall down them. Other than that - house is perfect!

Our family enjoyed our stay, this was our first time staying on the "Bayside" at Mission and loved the views from the deck and the easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach.
The home had plenty of room for us and our teenage children to spread out with plenty of beds, three showers and a garage that fit two vehicles and our bikes.
Normally, this side is a little more quiet but on the 4th holiday weekend there were several large parties on the beach and in the water. When we were done people and firework watching it was easy to close up the sliding doors and reduce the outside noise.
