Great stay. Will book again

We had a very nice time on our family vacation using the Bates Caribe Condo. The unit works great for large family. Lived up to the photos. Exceeded our expectations as far as size. Beach was Beautiful. Our only negative was the Caribe was doing maintenance and renovations which caused some minor inconveniences.

I really enjoyed the stay, lots of amenities for family.

The condo is very spacious for everyone. The wrap around balcony has a spectacular view of the surroundings as well as plenty of good quality furniture to enjoy the view on. The condo was as clean as it gets, which is very important to me! The resort itself is great! Our children had a blast and the adults did too! :) We will be back!

Fantastic view, great kitchen, and four pools. Oh, and very nice owners. The beach shuttle goes to a beac that requires quite a long walk when you get off the shuttle, but there's a public beach access almost across the street from the gate, and it's much easier to get to, with only a $5 parking fee. The only disappointment was that the Lazy River was undergoing repairs, and was closed.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay at the Caribe very much. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The unit is exactly as pictured and described. It has everything you need to enjoy a lovely beach vacation. It was me, my son, my grandson, my daughter-in-law, her mother, sister and two nephews. We had more than enough room to spread out and then some. For me, the size of the rooms and especially the hallway was very important to me as I am in a wheelchair. I was so worried about bumping into things. I never touched anything! It was a worry free vacation. For the kids, it was amazing. They have several indoor pools, outdoor pools, both with slides. There is an arcade, golf putting, and more. We rented a pontoon boat there at the Caribe Marina. It was beautiful. We beached on Robinson Island and had a wonderful day! We are already planning our next trip. Orange Beach is hands down the place to be! The owners are top notch. You make your reservations and they do the rest! 10 out of 10!

This condo was really lovely. It was spacious and well decorated with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the separate ice maker was a real plus. The view from this place is AWESOME! We kept commenting on how beautiful it was. The living area layout has plenty of seating for a crowd and everything was super comfortable including sofas, beds and balcony furniture. The complex has beautiful pools, water slides and a lazy river (which they were working on during our stay but it looks like its going to be fantastic when completed). The beach is beautiful and there is a great free trolley that runs you back and forth to it but the boardwalk to the beach is pretty long. We ended up driving ourselves to Shell Beach (across the main road…very close) and paid for parking (minimal charge) because the walk wasn’t as far to the beach. Communication with Pam was super easy and she answered any questions quickly. I’m always concerned with parking spaces when we travel because we are a family with adult kids who all seem to want to drive separately. There were two spaces allotted to the unit but there was overflow parking very close by so that was a plus. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed with a large group of family from infants to adults and it was a very spacious and did not feel crowded. I loved that most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The views were great and the place had a large balcony to enjoy. Owners were very quick to respond to any messages I sent. The overall property had a lot of amenities as well. We enjoyed all the pools and it was nice to have the indoor pool option if the weather wasn't great. There is a shuttle that takes you over to the beach but we also opted to drive so we could check out other beach areas. Great stay!

Loved the room, clean and everythingyou need!! The hotel amenities are great but we did not realize the upper deck and lazy river was closed which was a bummer for our kids. Unfortunately, Spring Break for the local teens was a huge issue. They took over the resort, got into fights and honestly made it so we went back to our room by 7pm. Will not be back....

Had a fun time with family. Bathrooms were not clean. Refrigerator freezer stopped working. Ice and fudge bars melted. We dumped ice as it was dripping from the dispenser. The next morning it was working fine. Had to throw fudge bars away.

Property is great. Unit needs some TLC. Paint and deep clean near doorways and cabinets. No Sub Zero refrigerator like the other units and they have not changed the VRBO picture. The cabinets where they removed the Sub Zero are slightly damaged. Vinyl Finish on cabinet doors is separating from the doors. Still a very good value for the unit. Unit is very spacious and decks are large.

This was the perfect place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do on property. Never left once we parked and that was great. Just wasn’t long enough!

Everything exceeded my expectations, will definitely come again!

We enjoyed staying at Caribe. The grounds have so much for kids and adults to enjoy. The condo is well furnished and comfy.

We had a lovely stay. The condo has plenty of room for 2 families and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We have stayed at in orange beach many times but this was the perfect place for smaller kids. They loved all the pools and we drove over to the beach across the street too. Great location! The condo was just as pictured and had everything we could possibly need. I have already recommended to family members and we hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely time in this very spacious condo. It was really nice having 3 and a 1/2 bathrooms. The amenities at the property were very nicely maintained. The lazy river was nice but only 1.5 feet deep. The 3 tier pools were plenty deep. There were a few issues but nothing to ruin our stay. Location was peaceful and relaxing. We would very definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo in relation to the lazy river and pools. Everything is easy to get to on the property. The accomodations were great! We had an awesome stay!

Great location for kids and adults

I rent a place for me, my husband, 4 adult children (30yo), and 5 grandchildren ages 2 months to 9 years every year. This place has a lot to offer. Tons of room for all of us and I will say the ice maker was a huge plus!! The view from the balcony was absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend!

This is a good location with plenty of things to do for everyone of all ages. The property had really dirty floors and the owner sent someone out right away, which was great. Hooks for towels in the bathrooms or bedrooms would be helpful.

The view! The pools-yes, plural. This is a very nice location. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a bit of trouble operating the microwave/convention oven, but we managed. Pam was responsive to our few questions. This condo is very spacious . The beds were comfortable! The shower was amazing once I figured out how to operate it. We spent hours just talking on the porch. This was a great and relaxing stay!

The condo was beautiful, and the resort was great! It was nice to have options besides the beach, like the outdoor pools/slides, lazy river, and indoor pool. Don't forget to pack your beach towels, as there are bathroom towels, but not beach : )
