The rooms were plenty big and comfortable for our party. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was nice and convenient. Also, the rooms were very quiet. With three teen girls it could be loud at times, but I barely heard them with my bedroom door shut.

Miramar Beach we found was very family oriented. The home was perfect for a large group, felt new, furniture a bit worn, beds were comfortable but we could walk to beach and community pool, which was nice since we carried our own canopy & chairs. We would definitely stay here again. We hope they replace the grill, which was in very pool condition.

First floor furnishings like couches are old, stained and so uncomfortable. My parents could not sit on the couch since so hard to get out of since they are so low to the ground. They used the very stained dining chairs to sit on. Kitchen sink faucet was not caulked to the counter so it needs fixed since so loose and spins. 2nd floor was good but that is not where everyone hangs out. Location was great, close to beach and grocery store. Will only rent this condo again if furniture is replaced.

Place was large, well stocked, closest beach and stores without alot of stopped traffic.

The house was very clean. Great neighborhood and staff was great . However the furniture at the house was in very poor condition to warrant paying so much to rent . When you pay that amount of money for a few days, you expect it to be nice. The pleather on the furniture was peeling so bad that it was barely there the rails on the beds were off track,there were holes in the sofa. The shower head in one of the restrooms was broken. Water also leaking from the ceiling in the living room when that shower was in use. Property manager did what they could do without hesitation.These issues fall on the owner.

lots of room for multiple people. You will not feel cramped. kitchen and bathroom upgrades nice. mattresses nice. most furniture needs to be updated. there is private gate across street which is not advertised. TVs were not connected correctly upon arrival with only few remotes having batteries-frustrating. Local Vacasa contact will text back, but not much action. great walking area with big sidewalk. easy to walk to coffee shop and pizza restaurant. Or Surf Hut or Whales Tail restaurants.
