Établissement magnifique et de premier ordre, très agréable et très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de l'entrée "Amphithéâtre" du parc archéologique de Pompei. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et efficace. Merci beaucoup à eux pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Mention spéciale à Marco, francophone, très à l'écoute et d'excellent conseil. La piscine de l'établissement est spacieuse et très propre dans un grand jardin arboré. Idéale pour se reposer après une partie de la journée en visite. Les chambres sont de type bungalow, très spacieuses, et parfaitement équipées et propres. Elles donnent sur un espace privé sur le jardin dont l'entretien est impeccable.

Rien si ce n'est que l'isolation sonore entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée (on peut entendre la douche et les toilettes des voisins).

Very welcoming reception upon arrival. An ‘oasis’ in the middle of Pompeii, very beautiful setting with view of Mount Vesuvio. Staff extremely helpful whatever asked of them. Resort’s restaurant food & wine superb, seating setting absolutely stunning. Fantastic swimming facilities with bar pool. All very clean, a wonderful resort.

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo che ha delle grandi aree da esplorare come la piccola fattoria con il suo orto provvisto di ogni verdura, una bella piscina, un piccolo vigneto e un bellissimo e attrezzato maneggio di cavalli. Le camere del resort abbastanza comode con ognuna un proprio piccolo giardinetto privato. La colazione ottima sia all’inglese che continentale.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Avevamo solo il lavandino del bagno otturato ma hanno provveduto immediatamente a sistemarlo.

The pool was the absolute best place to retreat to when we were done for the day. We all enjoyed swimming and taking in the quietness of the property and the views! You can see Mt. Vesuvius from the pool. The pool bar was awesome!! Our rooms were just as described and accommodated us for the evening. Breakfast was outstanding!!! There were so many options, and everything tasted delicious!!! The front desk staff were amazing at everything! They booked all of our taxis for us since we were a family of five. Every driver that we had was great! The restaurant and staff were great and sitting under the lights and grapes couldn't have been any more perfect! Their sparkling wine (white) was the BEST!!

De route naar het resort is even schrikken. De buitenwijken van het stadje zijn niet het.mooiste van Italië. Het resort is echter prachtig gelegen. Wij verbleven in een kamer met een tuintje. Heerlijk rustig. Geen andere geluiden dan die van vogels. De opgravingen liggen op loopafstand. Na het bezoek aan de opgravingen lekker afkoelen on het zwembad met zicht op de Vesuvius!! Ontbijt was prima. Bed en badkamer waren helemaal goed. Er is een fijn restaurant, waar je de wijn van het resort.kunt zien en proeven. Heerlijk!!

Beautiful resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the wine and dinner tasting experience at the restaurant which took was superb. We would definitely come back again.

One week stay and could have stayed for two or permanently! The resort is amazing, with only 18 rooms it feels like your away from a busy city but just a 15 minute walk away. We stayed in the Suite (Rm 118) for our special anniversary and although arriving on a late flight, (22:00), Antonio Ruocco greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome - Great first impression after a long flight, Antonio was a perfect gentlemen and nothing was an issue from the start, a bottle of the vineyards red wine finished off the first night and got us excited for the next day. The staff at the resort are always there to help, always friendly and patient with all requests. For the day time by the pool, Antonio Carotenuto and team make your stay easy, sorting taxi's, tours, reservations and advice - really adding that personal touch. Key features would be the pool, the AC in the room, the wine and tasting menu at the resort's restaurant. It really is a place you can unwind with a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius.

Better food available at the pool and rooms, possibly the ability to order food from the restaurant? Update the software on the Smart TV to allow Apple phones to connect House wine in the fridge - was still great but would be a nice touch

Beautiful property with large room and the pool area was amazing. The breakfast was great with a large assortment of things to eat and the staff was wonderful!

The location was away from places to eat so if you wanted something you needed to eat at the resort or drive.

This resort is fantastic. We had a wonderful 4 days here, in Pompei. The room we had was so comfortable and the staff couldn’t help more. The pool was great for the kids, the restaurant was lovely and food delicious and we went on the wine tour and finished with wine tasting and a light lunch. Pompei was around 20 mins walk away and we really enjoyed seeing the new Pompei as well as the old one! The resort also sorted us out taxis and guides for both Pompei and Ercolano. We’d not hesitate to return here.

Walking distance to the ruins, close to restaurants. Breakfast quality very good, traditional cake’s excellent. Grounds well maintained and pretty. Car parking good. Wi-Fi connection reliable. Polite staff. Attentive reception experience.

Miscommunication concerning the main restaurant being the main place to eat. Limited menu in the restaurant. Restaurant heating not great for the time of year, coat needed. Farm a little tired. Main gate shuts in the evening but we were not warned about it.

Friendly staff, helpful and organised airport transfer for us. Walking distance to town, not far from station to Herculaneum and Naples. Beautiful pool and view of Vesuvius. Loved our stay! Gorgeous setting. Very good breakfast. Pool was open in March, which was a great bonus, cold but better than being closed!

I would have expected larger rooms, as well as welcoming place, for such level /price. These are nice but very simple. Also this would be appreciable to have the possibility to completely avoid daylight.

The hotel has a holiday & relaxing ambience. The location is 10 mins walk from the main square. The rooms are renovated and spacious. Nice sofa bed and sit out area. The Staff are excellent - very friendly, polite & helpful. A Big Thank you to Sonja, Franz, Antonio and Marco for their EXTRA efforts to make us comfortable & help us. We had a problem with a booking for our visit in Possitano and they helped us with calls and language. Antonio ( night reception ) ordered us a pizza & set us a place at the table een after closing hours as he knew we reached late due to flight cancellations. Sonja & Marco helped us with all the communication. Franz was so polite and friendly & made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a family looking for a few days to relax.

It would be nice to provide a bottle of water in the room. The restaurant closes by 9.30 PM & there is no room service after that.

After a long day of touring Pompei, we changed plans and decided not to travel far, and quickly chose this location for a single night. Do not let the neighborhood leading up to the Resort put you off. Bosco De Medici is a virtual Oasis! Enter through the gates and leave the outskirts of Naples behind. Well landscaped and lovely. Because we were dog tired, we chose to eat inside the resort. Honestly, that was a fabulous decision. I can’t imagine getting a better meal anywhere in Naples. What a terrific surprise! While less expensive meals were an option, we chose a 6-course meal with paired wines for 60 Euro. The sommelier explained every choice. good and pairings were wonderful. We walked back to our room extremely satisfied. I wish we could have stayed longer. highly recommend

The family suite is small with little storage. The sheets are uncomfortable. BUT we didn’t spend much time in the room as we were by the pool or on our little patio, so it wasn’t a problem.

EVERYTHING was absolutely above expectations. The staff made us feel right at home, the food, the wine and last but not least the resort itself was fantastic. must recommend, especially with add on of wine tasting and/or dinner at their restaurant. looking forward to coming back

Nice place away from the hussle and bussle. about a 20m walk into town. Good food and wine.

They really need a decent bar area within the restaurant building. Currently the “bar” is in reception which is just a few tables and chairs in a plain and uninviting room. No music or atmosphere. Dinner is only available from 7.30, so bear this in mind if travelling with kids.
