This hotel is dirty, run down and just plain disgusting. The staff isn’t helpful and it’s under renovation. It may be nice after renovations but the ad for the hotel isn’t even close to what you will get. Completely disgusting for a Ramada hotel. If I could have cancelled and switched hotels I would have. Just awful in every way

We did a late check in because we spent the day in the city. The guy who received us in the morning was ok and agreed to let us leave our luggage there before the check in time. But the guy who checked us in later that night was rude and arrogant and not courteous at all. Not very welcoming. The place is in a horrible inaccessible location, we realized too late. And they are in the midst of doing some work. The guy who checked us in was racial profiling us and put us in old rooms in the non-renovated floor. There were old rusty pipes in the hallways. One of the rooms didn’t have towels when we came and had to ask for it. It also didn’t have the duvet or comforter top on the beds. Lamps were missing bulbs and there are no accessible outlets to charge your gadgets with. Breakfast was a couple of pastries and a pre-packed Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I honestly don’t know how this place is part of the Wyndham group. Luckily we only stayed a few hours: checked in late, checked out early. I guess we got what we paid for. If you’re only passing through and looking for a cheap place and you don’t mind motel-quality, you could try this place.

Overall The room was ok. But it had Very dingy towels, old and hard.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Room keys were not working and they had to open doors with manual keys every time. Bathroom was dirty when I first entered. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Room is not clean. There is dirt on the washing basin when we moved in. Power plug is unusable, can’t charge your phone. On the second day, the room lock broke. We can’t get into the room. And they asked us to move all of our luggages to another room. They did not even apologize. We had a lot of stuff to move. One of the staff asked us if we needed help. We said yes. And she just stood there. Telling us what we should do, how we should pack our luggage. SHE DID NOT HELP AT ALL. The alarm went off twice during our stay. First day, starting at 11am, lasted for an hour. Very disturbing! The next day, it went off at 7am. Can’t even sleep. And when we asked them, it’s not fire alarm, it’s their system alarm. There is NO SERVICE during our stay. Not to mention their Breakfast sucks. Shuttle service is only limited 1 or 2 per day and prices are high. Bus stop is really far away from the hotel. Overall, not clean, no power plug, no service, unfriendly staff and bad location.

Im satisfied with my room except that there's no elevator.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. When I arrived, the elevator was out of service. Until my departure, the elevator was still not fixed. Note that I was staying on the fourth floor. Thanks for offering the breakfast but it's not convenient for a long stay. Overall, the staff was great and welcoming.
