The staff at the property are so welcoming and they make us feel at home and forget you’re staying at a hotel. Mr. Kevin made sure i was safe. Joan, Amanda and Lydia were so helpful especially Joan very friendly with her genuine smile. The hotel is super silent, clean and comfortable.

Need to improve on the room dining service.

The location is perfect, 👌 quiet enough for a comfortable stay, near to the city centre and the international airport can easily be accessed through the express way in just about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and hospitable, to name but a few Kevin and Joan were great assets for the whole of my stay. You can easily enjoy the morning sunrise 🌅 and sunset 🌆 over the different suburbs of Kampala as you can see in one of the pictures I took comfortably from my room. It’s really a home away from your home and a perfect spot for both official and private travel itineraries.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel et très bon emplacement avec un personnel très accueillant et sympathiques. Je le recommande à plusieurs. Avec leur terrasse au dessus du bâtiment un cadre excellent pour travailler, s'amuser etc.

Large well designed rooms Nice view Good customer service, the staff to put of their way Quality bathroom fixtures and good water pressure Delicious breakfast rooftop restaurant and bar with beautiful view and good prices

Need to fix plumbing issues Would appreciate a chair and table Needs extra staff the staff are overwhelmed Location may not be good for some but it takes some getting used to and is easily accessible to the main road in a car or boda. A bit noisy due to a family living nearby but it's not too much to the point of not sleeping
