We had a wonderful 2 week stay. As former residents of Cacique, I can confidently say this house has the best views in the area, with a 270 degree vista. Our phones and cameras are full of the most amazing sunset shots. The architecture is very modern, with a swimming pool on the roof to maximize the enjoyment of the views. The photos on this site don't do it justice - this place has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked well except for the dryer which required a part - but it was super easy to dry towels and laundry on the rooftop deck. The kitchen was decently stocked with spices and condiments from previous guests which was a pleasant surprise. The owner and property management were cautious when we told them five "kids" would be staying with the two sets of parents, but relieved to learn the youngest was 14. The nature of the spiral stairs and the height of the rooftop deck would make it stressful for parents of younger kids. The teens likened the place to Bojack Horseman's house, also to a real-life 3-story Minecraft house in Costa Rica at the top of a hill.

We have been to Costa Rica a few times and Love Playa del Coco so was excited this property gave us an Amazing view to enjoy! It was close enough, yet far enough away from town so it was quiet and tranquil without a lot of neighbors. The house was beautiful but there are a LOT of stairs, esp to go up to the pool so would suggest notating that in case future guests have issues with stairs, esp those who have bad knees. The house was furnished beautifully and the windows gave us a Gorgeous view. The management was a DREAM to work with, very responsive and always making sure we were well taken care of. The few issues we had, the property manager Jennifer and her husband took care of it ASAP. Which was Amazing! We would recommend this property to Everyone who wants an Wonderful experience, esp those visiting for the first time! We look forward to visiting Costa Rica again soon! Thank you Dave & Jennifer!

Our family had booked this property for spring break and unfortunately had to cancel last minute. Between a family emergency and the corona-virus, we could not travel out of the country. I reached out to David and explained our situation. I knew that the booking was non-refundable but David extended a credit to us to use within six months. Now that the travel situation has become more uncertain, David has given our family up to 1 year to use the booking credit. He had also been helpful in providing information on real estate offerings in the area. I look forward to meeting him in person and appreciate how helpful he has been to our family. Also, can't wait to stay in this fabulous property!

The home was clean and the views from every window and especially the roof top were so beautiful! We will be back!
