The place was really modern and new with high end furniture and fittings and amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens, really surprised us with how nice it was. We were also provided with complimentary coffee/hot choc & biscuits. From the date of the booking until the end, the host was very responsive to any enquiries. Literally almost nothing bad can be said about the place. 2 fans were also provided as the stay was during a heatwave in the summer, which was a nice unexpected gesture.

The floor could have been a bit more cleaner as some places were a tiny bit dusty, but nothing noticeable unless the guest is sensitive to such levels of dust. The common bathroom towel heater heater had some issues along with the shower heads but both issues were informed to the host, to which they replied instantly.

- Clean, quiet and spacious small apartment. - Modernly furnished - Equipped with all electrical appliances, including a washing machine. - Lovely garden view! - Small balcony facing garden. - Good WiFi - Tea bags, coffee and chocolate sachets complementary - Secure building - Host, very polite and helpful - Metro station in a 4 minute walk. - Supermarkets in a 5 minute walk

-Was not very easy to collect the property keys, as my flight was delayed (something I could not control) and the property was going to charge me for meeting me after 21:00 a fee of £50. Good thing they accepted that someone else would pick up the keys!! That was really helpful. Imagine though if I didn’t have someone to send! - Have the keys in a secure lock box, for easy access to guests. - The bed mattress needs changing! Even though new, it was not comfortable at all! All 4 nights we stayed there, we did not manage to have a good sleep / rest. -If it’s hot in London… you have a problem, as the flat is not equipped with a/c for cold air.

Die Anlage ist sehr Modern und sehr stylisch. Der Kräutergarten auf dem Dach ist aussergewöhnlich. Anbindung Top sowohl Flughafen als auch U-Bahn.

Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre Super!
