設備や部屋の作りがとても充実してる

プロジェクターが使えなかった

Beautiful, clean, simple, spacious. Had everything we could need. We loved the private onsen. The location was great, right next to the bus station and sightseeing cruise dock. The view was amazing, we even saw Mt. Fuji briefly when the clouds lifted.

Check in wasn’t smooth, the code we had didn’t work and had to be reset. We wished there had been someone we could have talked to in person. The wall around the ground level prevented us from being able to see the lake unless we were standing. The washer/dryer did not come with instructions. The dryer vented directly into the unit which caused the everything to feel damp. The lack of any local staff meant we could not ask anyone for help with restaurants or arranging for transportation. The staff via the tablet was very nice, but referred us to using Google for local recommendations. One note, not the fault of the property, there are not taxis always available in Hakone, especially early/late.

The view with the lake and mount fuji was amazing. The bathroom with the onsen was great. Rooms were decent size and very comfortable in general.

Sound of moving chairs (as the floor is quite grippy) from upstairs can easily be heard and very distracting especially during sleeping time. Suggest to put some sliding pads on the chair legs. There is also a slight smell coming from the kitchen drawers.

Full views of Mt Fuji from unit 203 - was spectacular! We were there during summer, and it was in the mid 30s C, but we used the hot springs bath in the unit multiple times per day, just because it was so lovely to use! The town was really quiet, but we went to the the cable car and up the gondola to the top - hot, but worth it!

There was construction during the day, but we were mostly not there.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The process was simple and hassle free. Lots of information guides to use the wonderful amenities. Views!!!! This exceeded our expectations.

The room is full of technology stuff. Telescope is fun for the kids to play. They also have onsen for the foot. BBQ grill is very clean. There are a lot of flies, and there is a net door to prevent the flies from entering the room. Very good view of the lake as well. Very generous complimentary drinks with a whole big bottle of wine, some beers and soft drinks. Pyjamas is very very comfortable. I wanted to buy and bring home. Unfortunately they were not for sale when I enquired. Parking is available, easy to park. They have both TV and projector. Just need to login to our own paid Disney plus to enjoy.

The bedroom does not have window.

Private onsen, foot spa, location (can see mt Fuji from balcony), all the room facilities as well as thoughtful little package (snacks and drinks) were a bonus. Really good value for money. Close to 7 eleven, bus stop and activities (ferry and other boat rides).

That I couldn't get to stay longer!
