I have been staying at VRBO homes with friends and family for many years and this home was perfect in every way! The owners, Scott and Shelly, are so sweet! They communicated with me often all the way up to the trip and even called after I got home to see how our trip went. They truly want to be sure their guests have the time of their lives! Upon arrival, Spence was there to welcome us and show us around the property. Unfortunately I was so consumed with the cleanliness and beauty of the house and the absolutely breathtaking views of the pool and ocean, I didn’t really hear what he was saying! It didn’t matter though because he responded almost immediately to our questions via WhatsApp. Scott and Shelly thought of everything in their design, decor and amenities in this home. It was so comfortable and each room was very spacious and had an amazing view. Our group enjoyed all of the kayaks, paddle boards and other fun beach toys. The evenings were magical out by the pool, grilling at the outdoor kitchen, having a few cocktails while watching the sunset! The mornings were just as amazing watching the sunrise while having our coffee. We rented a boat at Minns for a day… the sandbar was something I’ll never forget! We rented jet skis for a day and explored all the little islands, seeing turtles and stingrays. Lastly, we booked a private all day tour though Roberts Island Adventures. This was unbelievable! All of us, especially our teenage kids were blown away by the beauty of the crystal clear water and the different sites we saw! The pigs were hysterical! Our captains, William and T were awesome and I felt very safe. All in all, it was one of the best trips we’ve ever been on… the home, the activities and the people of the island were all amazing! Thank you Scott and Shelly for sharing your absolutely gorgeous home with us!

2Hoty was the perfect place for our group of 3 couples. Having 3 “master bedrooms” meant no one had to sleep in twin beds which most other large houses had. Waking up to that beautiful beach and being able to take long walks every day was a big plus. The kitchen was really well equipped and made cooking at home very easy. If you like specific spices for cooking, bring them with you. The house does have several spice mixes for grilling which were quite good. We spent our days boating, beach hopping, snorkeling, and just chilling out. Would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

The real life version of this house is better than the pictures. Every picture we took we would like at and just agree that it does not capyure the beauty of the Exumas. The location is awesome as you are only 4-5 miles to Georgetown and about midway on the island. We rented a jeep and drove the island from tip to tip. Most restaurants are within a 20 minute drive. The house is very new and everything looks fresh and nice. All rooms were generpous in dimension so overall felt very luxurious. Scott the owner was so helpful and thoughtful it was unbelievable. Scott's recommended driver Kendo was an awesome driver who seems to be related to everyone on the island. We told him of of how we enjoyed driving down to Santanna's and how much we loved meeting the older lady in the bakery next door, and his reply is "that is my Grammy". Kendo is worth the price of the ride just for the entertainment value. And if he can't pick you up he knows someone that will. I walked as far up and down the beach in both directions and did not see a single house I would have preferred. and I have to believe the way 2Hoty is outfitted with everthing you might need for beach fun and watersports, it has to be the best appointed house on the island.

Scott the owner, was in contact before, during and after our stay. The home was spacious and better than the pictures. We will definitely be visiting again! We made lifelong memories!

Our family and friends (4 adults and 6 kids total) just completed our FABULOUS stay at 2HOTY. It was AMAZING! The home overlooks the beautiful pool and the breathtaking blue water of the Caribbean. Believe me when I say "You will NOT want to leave this place." Scott and the property manager Spence could not have been better. They were friendly, courteous, and very communicative. I cannot give a more glowing recommendation of this home. If you have a large group looking to go to Exuma, then look no further than 2HOTY.

We travel frequently and this property along with the owners and amazing property management team this trip surpassed my expectations on all levels. Everyone was not only so professional but so kind! The home itself is immaculate, the view is breathtaking from every bedroom. Dee and Spense were the best, his boat day will forever be my favorite Exuma day seeing the sea turtles. We will definitely return! Thank you for letting us borrow this beautiful gem.

“Awesome is an understatement” when describing our experience at 2Hoty. It started with total communication from Scott (property owner) prior, during and after and with Spence (property manager) while we were in paradise. The minute you walk through the door, you see the gorgeous turquoise water, and the view continues from every room in the house; making the layout perfect! The amenities included with the house make it so that you never have to leave. You have all the luxuries you could ask for in this perfectly built property; Scott and Shelley have thought of everything. My four sons had plenty to keep them entertained…the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, snorkeling gear, football, etc. There just aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this house is! I hope to come back to this paradise in the future!

This was the BEST VRBO stay we have ever had in any vacation spot. From the communication prior to arriving in paradise AKA Exuma, to the check-in process and the entire stay. The beach, water and views from the home was superior to any beach/water area that we explored on the island. Each time we went to explore other areas and beaches we all collectively said..”why did we even leave when our beach area is prettier!”. The home has the best floor plan for families with each suite having its own bathroom, view of the water and outside access to enjoy the perfection. We all gathered around the grand kitchen island and enjoyed the gourmet features and each other’s company. Outside we enjoyed the pool, beach volleyball and the kayaks pretty much every day! I really don’t have enough words to describe how amazing the experience on Exuma was because of all this home and all it had to offer our family. Truly, I do not believe there is a better house on the island!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 2HOTY. We travel to Exuma's regularly and this place did not disappoint. You will have everything you need and then more. LUXURY VACATION Home!! Wow, just wow, we have been coming to Exuma for years, and have stayed all over the island and own property in Exuma. The attention to detail in the 2Hoty home is impeccable. The house, the kitchen utensils/dinnerware and gadgets, the towels, the pillows, the blankets, the games, the beach toys, the pool chairs, the refrigerator space, endless ice and water.. come relax and refresh your soul at the 2Hoty home. Great location to the airport, Georgetown, all the hot spots in Exuma. Spence was always available to assist with any issues, the owners Scott and Shelley are a dream team. Paradise awaits🎉🥂🍾🏝🚤
