Awesome up to date hotel!!!! great vibes

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel actually was. We were in town for Louder Than Life and has picked up the hotel late. It was the cheapest option downtown and I expected it to be a little sketchy, but it was a great room and great service! Very pleased and will definitely come back next time we're in Louisville.

Great new hotel

This hotel is new in a revitalized area of Louisville. NULU. Close walk to market st. with shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries. Extra charge for of street parking. Extra charge for morning coffee. Extra charge for breakfast or items from the cafe. The night we stayed we were offered free street parking or $22 overnight in the garage. Choose street parking right out front. Safe. Later found out there was street cleaning in the morning w/ no parking between 7am and 5 pm. No discount for parking garage, so no sleeping in. Left before 7 am.

This is a new hotel and very nice. The location is perfect to walk around to restaurants and shops.

Our stay was fine. There wasn't anything that put it over the top. Great location.

Very lovely new hotel in great location. Rooms are spacious and modern. Only negative about this hotel is the doors aren’t very soundproof, you can hear any conversation opposite side of conjoining room door or room door. Otherwise very nice hotel would stay again

Our first time staying here, and the entire experience was wonderful. Great staff, comfy room, nice lobby, and fun bar.

Loved the 6th floor....the view and outdoor patio was beautiful. The staff were very attentive and kind!

This is a new hotel, and I love the layout of Hilton’s Tempo in Louisville. Great design, beautiful room. However the front desk is problematic- they NEVER answer the phone. My second morning I spoke to Dalton at the front desk (who was great) and he discovered the ringer had been turned off. The person on the night before, who did pick up the phone but who really didn’t want to answer questions and was yawning the whole time apparently decided to not only turn of the ringer but also never confirmed my room for the next day. Additionally, housekeeping knocked on my door, at least four times during the day while I was working to see if I needed anything. They apparently we’re not informed that I had booked a second day, and even though I told the housekeeping Director when I did open the door, they aren’t passing that information along to the staff, it would be a great hotel if they can just get their internal together

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and super clean.

I really loved that the parking garage was attached to the hotel for easy in and out. Our rooom waa so inviting, sank right into the white sheets as soon as my head hit thw pillow. Vwry clean very, beautiful. I would definitely book again. Best birthday ever. Thanks

Great hotel!

Would definitely stay here again when in Louisville. Good area to stay in. A lot of construction in area, but will add to good location in future. Very close to Yum Center. Rooms, service, location, checkin and checkout were excellent.

This property was beautiful and centrally located. There were plenty of restaurants and beautiful clothing stores one block over. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was clean. I will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is beautiful. Roof top dining has an amazing view. Lots of construction going on around it so wouldn’t stay there again until the city has completed those projects. I would say the staff was courteous but not altogether friendly to us. I didn’t feel welcomed there at all. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was awesome and the fragrance in the hotel was amazing. The only thing I dislike was no microwave 😒

Nice hotel, within walking distance of several distilleries and bars. Easy street parking (free) which was nice. Super comfortable bed and spacious room.
