Not in the best spot near Walmart and lots of other places to dine but it's eye opening for someone out of state I switched to another hotel with better amenities no microwave or refrigerator in my room and I saw other rooms with it available. Because they were working on them repainting or repairing them. Terrible tv selection just an option in a bind.

Time to be torn down.

For starters we got to the hotel and they didn’t have our reservation. We spent 30 minutes trying to get checked in. We finally got our room and as we drove to the back of the building we saw lots of suspicious people roaming the parking lot, the walk ways smelled like urine, and there was people screaming and laughing loud enough that we could hear them in our room. Then we get into the room, it smells so bad. Extremely run down furniture and an uncomfortable bed. We stayed in there for about 15 minutes before we asked to get moved. In the next room we were checking for bugs when a roach ran out from under the bed. We left without hesitation. Only thing that sucks is we didn’t get our money back for the room and we were in the hotel for about an hour at most. Overall I would not recommend anyone ever stay here. It’s dirty, sketchy, and overall just felt unsafe. 0/10 stars

The place is old. But our room was ok. This is what you get for a Low price. If you want a fancier place, then you have to pay more.

I never do this but this hotel was horrible, so cockroach infested that I freaked out, they were everywhere, we went for a funeral and didn't have time to leave and find another hotel, after our 13 hr drive there, so we stayed because everyone kept saying thats california for you, so I don't think I will ever go to california again for any reason.

Been living out of motels in Wesminster for 8 months, this place is cleaner than all others. There’s definitely sub par rooms if you book last minute but this place is bigger & better than any other motel. It was a best western probably 20 years ago so your room will be unusually large

When I tried to check in. They claimed their credit card machine didn’t work and they need cash or I can’t stay in the hotel. I didn’t have any cash on me, I have always paid with credit card for hotels. This was very shady and weird. I had to drive to an ATM and pay fees to pull cash so I can stay in the hotel. It was a horrible experience. It was unsafe, sketchy people all over the place, dirty, stinky. It was the worse I have ever experienced

The hall and stairs are not clean. I don’t know why there are some homeless people can get inside the property, smell the smoke and urine outside the rooms, but my room is clean, nice and comfortable. The matter is we don’t feel safe when we stayed here. Won’t come back or recommend to anyone.

It looks like to me this property is not really an Inn or hotel for people who looking for a place to stay for their vacation. It looks like a LONGTERM RENTER. I was very very very scared over two nights that I stay in this property: people yelling, fighting in the midlle of the night ( one or two o'lock am). Terrible!!!!

To whome it may concern, Trust me, do NOT stay in this place. Dirty, and smell. Bathtub was clogged and smell gross. Especially i had bad experience with staffs. They checked me in and they activated wrong digital key twice. I have to walked back to them twice. And the third time, they send me to another different room. Because first 2 rooms were not be able to activate the keys. Finally, they send me to a room that they just checked another guess in. I scanned the key to open the door. Then the guy in the room were naked. He screamed and yelled at me. I walked back to the front desk and complain about this stupid service.

Great location and price. Other than that was a mess. Room was clear in back by freeway. There was about 6 people staying next door partying all night! I tried to call front desk from cell and room phone to no avail. Got in car and drove to front office. Manager was helpful and said he would take care of noisy neighbors and they did quiet down. It looked like a lot of people were actually living there. In and out! I’ll pay a bit more for sanity!

Room I was in had lots of cockroaches and I was told to contact Expedia for a refund

I like the remodel and Keep the rooms clean , the price is regionable.

The property was extremely unsafe.

I woke up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on me in the bed. Turned on the lights and the whole room is infested. Dirty. Falling apart. Fridge didnt work. Linens looked unclean and found a penny when pulling them back. I checked in at 2pm, went straight to the beach after dropping off my things, came back at night, and the staff told me because i checked in at 2pm and stayed til 12am i may not get my money back. Thanks for nothing it was not a good experience at all.

Smell bad, no cleaning room service for 3 days, sink faucet was leaking water when turn on, no free ice.

I enjoyed how the staff treated me like I was out of 5 star hotel.

My son and I stayed here for our trip to California Adventure. I will never stay here again. We started our stay by being given a room that was not what we reserved. We went back to the front, and had to change rooms to what our reservation was. The management was helpful with this. We had no TV that worked the entire time. Management was informed that the TV didn't work, and they said that they would get it fixed the next day, but no one came. There was human feces on the ground multiple times, and a homeless man digging through the trash and shouting that he had a knife in his foot. Other people were shouting at him.
