This house was very clean, I was skeptical about the carpeting (my issue) and I had no problems here, you can tell it’s very well taken care of. There are a lot of amenities I didn’t see in the listing…there is an ironing board and 2 irons, there is a pack n play available and there are several chairs and a wagon for transporting items to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here! Shawn was great with communication, he always got right back to me! We look forward to our next vacation here!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was in great shape and very clean. The pool was great for hanging out and it was an easy walk to the beach. Hosts were great about communication and very welcoming. Definitely hope to return soon!

Everything was nice and a very good location. We would stay again. We also had my granddaughters wedding and everything was close to house.

We absolutely loved our stay at Surfside beach! The house was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. We loved walking to the close by restaurants and the grocery store was just a couple minutes down the road. We usually like to try new places and explore new areas but this place is worth coming back to visit again!

Very clean house. Plenty of room for our family with young adult children. Loved cooling down in the pool after a hot day on the beach, which is a short walk from the house. Shawn was extremely easy to work with. Very engaged as an owner and was quick to respond to our questions. We had a fantastic week!

We stayed for my Daughter's Spring Break and seriously ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star!!! Excellent Location !!! Quiet Neighborhood !!! Beach access a minute away !! Upper Deck perfect for tanning lower deck perfect to get out the sun !!! So impressed with the lighting updates and everything and Shawn was amazing 🤩 he was always very prompt with responses !! We will definitely be back !!!! Thank you so much Shawn !!!! We seriously loved this home !!!

We enjoyed our family week together. This house is super close to the beach, in a safe friendly community with many places to eat and enjoy time at the beach. Our family will be back to here again.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location to the beach, grocery stores, shops and not far from Myrtle Beach for any other attractions you may be looking for. Upon check in you could just smell the clean, it was a wonderful welcoming. We loved it here!

Loved everything about this house, except the pool is not heated-which we did know ahead of time. Had one little issue when we got there, and the owner immediately contacted us and resolved (our issue not a property issue). Just a short stroll to the beach, nice neighborhood, great for bike riding. Beautiful outside patio area. would definitely go again!!

We had good time. The only issues were that there was a construction going on in the next lot and the house is being sold so there was a showing while we were there. Besides that, everything was as expected.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, rooms spacious, and everything was accessible. I will definitely use this property again and recommend to other family member & friends.

Nice place good location.

Lovely home in a private setting but only a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and has a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. We ran into one snafu during our stay and had to reach out to the owners. They were quick to respond and see that everything was resolved quickly and with minimal disruption to our vacation. We would definitely choose this house again for a Surfside getaway. Even the kids in our group loved the house, the large TV in the bunk room, and the private pool.

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it so much. The property is nice and clean and so close to the beach!

From the time of booking, everything was a breeze. I initially booked a day sooner than we needed sure to my son's ball tournament, which was essily changed. Check in was so simple. Highly recommend ordering Walmart grocery delivery! We also had a golf cart delivered by AJAX to use during our stay, which the kids really enjoyed! The house was well equipped for us, the cleabing crew is amazing, they even left us loofas in each bathroom. The location is perfect distance to the ocean and my son loved the pool for afternoon swims after lunch! There was also a storage area with beach chairs, a wagon, and some toys we could use! Thank you guys so much for allowing us to use your home. We look forward to returning!

The only thing I would change is I wish there was a TV in every bedroom.

We decided to look for a place to stay with another couple and Sister-in-law coming up from Hilton Head..We were at Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and we couldn't have a more perfect place for us..We had great communication right from the start..Was in contact with our host Shawn whom answered any questions we had. Everything thats on the website is right on and place was very well kept and very clean..Close enough to beach to take a few walks after ballgames which was very relaxing..The women were happy which made us very happy😁 Excellent experience and would recommend it to anyone!! This was the cleanest beach house we have stayed in. They have all been nice but this one went above and beyond I mean I’m pretty sure the base boards and window sealed were squeaky clean the pool was God Sent for the days it wanted to off and on rain and at night when we were winding down we spent evenings on the pool patio with all the kids. The washer and dryer was also a life saver it was fun to get out and explore all the rides and shop the malls nothing was too far of a drive it was honestly a perfect stay even though it rained quite a bit. One thing the kids did complain about was there is only one tv in the entire house so that was a little inconvenient for 4 kids and 3 adults lol but it forced us to spend more time together honestly a beautiful all around setting inside and out and also the area was so calm. Oh and no alcohol on the beach unless in a cup and no glass bottles allowed for the ones who like to let loose

The house was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. This location is perfect for coming off the beach and getting in the pool. I think the adults liked the pool just as much as the kids did! We really enjoyed this house!
