Short drive to the Village . Stunning beach and pool view. Clean and spacious room. Very comfy bed. BRING SOME COFFEE!

We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. Kitchen is well laid out, although could use some better utensils (the knives were dull and useless). One major con was the wi-fi was spotty, weak and useless for most of our stay. They are aware of the issue but seem disinclined to update it. In today’s world with check ins, confirmations and such, being without internet is pretty difficult. Example, we booked several local tours that required online waivers signed; it was literally impossible to open and sign anything. They need to fix this ASAP.
But overall the place is well run, obviously well taken care of and we were very happy.

It was a literal paradise staying here! Loved the feel of the whole villa. Beautiful decor, very spacious, comfortable bedding and seating, had all the necessities, lovely pool, and had the most amazing view and access to the beach.

Property was beautiful. Jose was very helpful and he was always there. We couldn’t get anyone to clean our room we were there for 16 day. I got the bedding changed one day but I had to pay for it. I have never been anywhere where I couldn’t have a change of towels at least every 3 days. We went for 16 days with 3 towels each could not get wash clothes! Again it was Beautiful view needs work on management!!!!!

Villa was clean and pool was lovely. There were nice restaurants in walking distance on the beach. Strongly recommend renting a car. Placencia was a great rustic town with authentic food! The weather was not optimal-very windy and there was limited visibility for snorkeling. Apparently, this is not typical!

Wonderful stay
Wonderful place for rest, relaxation and a beautiful view. Breathtaking scene of the ocean and sunrise each morning out the front windows and off the balcony. Very quiet and serene.

Perfect family weekend
Lovely rooms! We booked a 2-night stay and had a blast. To our surprise, we didn't need to have any contact with the administrative staff. When we got there, our keys were in the security box and the code was emailed and WhatsApped to us. The rooms were spacious with AC, hot and cold shower, and a fully functional kitchen. This is definitely the place for us to stay in Placencia.

Beachside Villas is a beautiful property along a quiet stretch of beach. The condo was clean and comfortable, and it came equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals over a long weekend stay. It's the perfect place to go if you want to avoid a crowd. The villas are also family friendly. My toddler loved the pool and birdwatching from our balcony. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the pool, the place was clean and had the basic necessities. The store is 10 mins away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Beachside Villas
We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The unit is spacious more so than we expected. The is a large large veranda out front that we enjoyed in the morning and evening. Any dishes and cooking utensils that we needed were found in the unit as well as pots and pans. It was a bonus to have a microwave in the kitchen above the stove.

Placencia Beachside Villas Vacasa
The property is spacious. In addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, there is a futon and a window seat/twin bed in the living room. The rooms were very nicely laid out, fortunately we have been to Placencia and knew to bring extra blankets for the cook evenings. We’re so glad we did, since there were no extra blankets in the condo.
We were in room 22 and had a nice view straight out to the ocean and directly below to the pool. Having the Large balcony was definitely a plus.
We found that the WiFi code in the short booklet of house rules was incorrect, but we were able to get into WiFi using the placard that had the correct WiFi code. We were also provided with an incorrect code for the lockbox, however the correct code was provided with in a few minutes by a man that was onsite.

Unplanned stay
We had some issues elsewhere and ended up here. The only way we would of been happier was to stay where we were. This unit is wonderful. Nice view of the ocean, nice pool, hammock and covered deck seating. A/C works great. Biggest downfall for us was a dorm refrigerator. But, that’s pretty good if that’s the worst. The beach/sand going North is super easy to walk to the Village.
We would definitely recommend this place for travelers to the area. You will probably want to rent some sort of vehicle if you want to go to Placencia or get a taxi.
Put the What’s App app on your phone too. Can be really helpful.

Great first stay in Placencia
Loved the staff, quiet location but close to everything. Grounds kept beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. A/C & kitchen needed a little love but was simply perfect for the 2 of us!

Beachside getaways
The views, that big porch to watch sunrise every morning, the pools on the property, the condo size was great! Having the a/c was fabulous and we only ran it at night after long days out and about seeing the village and going on excursions. There was no watching tv because no cable but it was actually a plus to unplug and get out, explore and meet people! The vacasa staff was wonderful and were ready to help if we needed anything but condo was very comfortable! If you stay my suggestion would be to rent a car and get out and go. The condo is not walking distance to shopping in village but is very peaceful and quiet! Beautiful grounds and sounds of waves and birds is very relaxing! The vacasa staff also helps with getting excursions so all you have to do is show up.. great bunch of people and easy to communicate with. Had a wonderful time!

Beachside villa had wonderful views
Property was nice and spacious. Had ac which was very important to have. Views are great and pools on property were very nice and refreshing. Wish the condo had full refrigerator and that we had been informed cable was out on the island. We made up for it by going out and meeting locals and eating out and doing excursions. We had not been to Belize and were not familiar with area. Wish we booked closer to village but that’s our fault no one else’s. The restaurant on site had great breakfast and meals for different prices. The staff was very nice and helpful. My favorite part of this place was the porch! Omg it was huge with a hammock and chairs and the breeze was wonderful to sit at night and have drinks!

Comfort at its best
My Family and I were truly captivated by our condo, we had the perfect view of the pool, beach and pier. Our condo was exceptionally clean with extra towels, pillows, and it even came with kitchen utensils which made cooking a breeze...we will be back! Thank you Vacasa and Beachside Villas !

Great location
Beautifull aparment in a beatifull beach. The cleaning service before check in could be better but it's a an amazing place. I want to thank you the team who is running the house for helping always. Thanks! And thank you belize!
