The hotel is new and nice. Most of the staff are very well trained and very hospitable.

Some of the staff members were so concerned about items not included in the discounts (Happy Hours or similar) that they were saying we could not get them (although we were willing to pay for them) :)

Amazing service and facilities. The staff were first class and everyone went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Food and beverage was very good, the buffet breakfast had at least 4 X large stations representative of a different word cuisine. As it was our first time in Sri Lanka, the staff helped with some great spicy food and introduced us to egg hoppers. Thank-you Gayan for making us so welcome during meals and luxury hour, ensuring we had the best seat in the house! Loads or vegan and vegetarian options. Very comfortable clean rooms. The gym is very well appointed and has one of the most enthusiastic staff members who was genuinely interested in our health and fitness. (thank you Dulanajana) Every morning at breakfast a flute player, played enchanting music which was so relaxing and tranquil. Hotel security is good, all bags are screen (x rayed) outside. I wish I could remember everyone's name who made our stay so special.

The swimming pool on the bridge is not yet open, we were looking forward to swimming there. Had to wear long pants for luxury hour, the dress code was smart casual, which I respect, just wasn't expecting.

The food is amazing, the best we had on the trip had the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet at the Pavilion both were the highlight of the stay

ITC is still fairly new so probly still working on setting up, the lifts are quite annoying the don't work smoothly or go to the ground floor to exit sometimes making us take the escalator. Geeting into ITC can be a little confusing they have a bout 3 gates in the front if there sign was a bit bigger it would be helpful
