Lovely hotel with really comfortable beds and pillows. It was clean, dog friendly, and very nice ustomer service. Would stay there again!

Rooms are okay with basic amenities. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft for me. I'll bring my own pillow next time as I like it firm. Overall it's good place with plenty of parking and breakfast included.

Very helpful staff. Great location near pier and beach. Breakfast ok, but weak coffee and no gluten free bread. Website said rooms have microwave, but didn’t. Staff brought a microwave though! Bed was uncomfortable and noisy because of the metal around the base.

For the most part, everything was great. We had two rooms, with a total of three adults and three kids. The kids really enjoyed using the pool. There were just a couple of things that could have been better. There appeared to be something that turned the bottoms of everyones’ feet black (new flooring?). However, it easily came off in the shower, Also, the shower curtain could have been longer; it barely reached into the tub, so you had to be very careful. They had a good selection of things for breakfast, and they changed some offerings up a bit the second day, but I would have liked to have regular, cooked oatmeal rather than packages of instant oatmeal. The rooms were spacious and parking was easy.

Perfect hotel for a pet friendly getaway. Breakfast was free and was more than just a contential, meaning it included hot food.Free parking and free internet service. Good location, excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for anything more in a motel type setting. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay. Stephanie and Clementine, help get my checkin swiftly. I had been denied a room I prepaid at Travers Inn. Lucky this place was close by. The kindness of the two ladies whom work at BW are amazing. I would definitely stay at BW because of their kindness.

This was a surprisingly great stay! Parking was ample, and included in the price. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was cozy and sheets were soft. Shower had great water pressure, and bathroom had a window to vent for steam, which was nice. The property does back up to the train so there is noise from that often, but I did not mind. Really close to TONS of shopping, restaurants, the pier, etc. Will definitely stay again.

This place is way over-priced! The room was clean however guests have to request maid service otherwise it doesn't happen. One ice machine in the whole place accessible only through the front office (a fair walk from my room). There are better properties in Ventura for the exorbitant cost of this place. The only reason I stayed here was because it was last minute.

Did not stay in the proper room that was booked.Coffee maker did not work.we stayed near pot smoking people which carried oveer to our room.. also gave another customer a keycard for our room which they entered while we were in bed...So not very happy with the hotelmajenotwork

This was an impromptu trip and we loved our stay. Our only problem was the bed. Too hard and my husband had trouble sleeping.
The staff was so friendly and helpful! Excellent service and we are planning another trip back.

They remodeled the place which was nice. They put in hardwood flooring but they don’t mop it. If you walked with bare feet when you get in shower you see the black dirt coming off the bottom of them. Pretty nasty.

Bobby ran the breakfast time like a pro. He addressed everyone polietly and accomidated anyone who needed help with a smile. Daisy the night cleark also researched where locations for recreation for my wife and I. Also Carlos the manager was very helpfull to relocate my wife myself and our 2 service dogs a new room to better accomidate us. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay in Ventura . We will be back and look foreward to another amazing stay at this Best Western location. Your caring and profesioal team rate far above the 5 stars avalisble . Great job everyone.

Hotel was as advertised. We liked how close it was to downtown which allowed us to walk to many dining options. Staff was friendly but room could be cleaner- the floors were dirty and we noticed a stained towel. Other than that the free breakfast and parking were much appreciated.

The beds were good just a little high. Breakfast was decent better than most places. And good staff, helpful. Parking wasn't great especially parking at the end. Pool was fine just wished they had a jacuzzi. The shower needed repair and mentioned to staff so hopefully is fixed for next person. Could not get full water to showerhead most just came out of bathtub nozzle. Would have been nice to have freezer section in fridge to refreeze our ice packs and no microwave in room either. TV and AC confusing to work.

It's a good place to stay its a non smoking hotel but our room smelled like cigarettes and the floors are not carpet so if you are downstairs like us you hear everything above. Over all clean and good place to stay.

This place was great, service was friendly, clean, only challenge was we stayed 5 nights and requested room service 3x but they only came once out of all of our requests (4 people, room needed some refreshing).
Otherwise it was easy parking, nice breakfast and would def reccomend for the price and location.

The staff overall was great. The person who checked us in was very helpful, drawing a bank. She got off work at 2 m. Pentaly, Costotine? She went to VTA HS.

No microwave in the room. The coffee maker brewed Luke warm coffee. Remodel construction in front office caused management to shorten the time for serving breakfast. I was unaware and missed the serving time.

Super helpful and nice front desk team! Great breakfast included. Walkable to all things downtown Ventura. Train is right outside the hotel but we only heard it once during our stay.
