Great stay. Rooms are huge and super nice and clean. Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Definitely pricey on the weekends but it was a splurge trip for us.

The stay was okay. It was nice the one time but not someplace I would stay again. Over priced, no breakfast , air did not work well. It was clean. The staff was fine.

This place was new, clean, extremely comfortable, and friendly guest services. Refreshing!

We enjoyed staying in Terre Haute hotel and Casino. our room was big and beautiful. the only problem was that the heater didn't work and we were cold and not being able to sleep well at night.

Wasn't expecting the hotel to be as nice as what I expected. It was nicer! Checking in was a breeze and the counter people are very friendly and helpful. I am really impressed with the security measures taken in this hotel. You could not get elevator access going up to your room unless you swipe your card key first. That was a first for me. The room was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was fun to be able to go to the casino and go back to your room afterwards. The restaurant food is excellent, especially the top floor restaurant, Altitude, up on the 10th floor, quite a view. There was live entertainment which is always nice. Their Caesar salad and mini burgers were delicious. When I received the bill, I was surprised how reasonable it was, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The casino itself is well laid out and the games were fun. The wife actually did well walking out of there. The machines are not loose, but the wife has lucky I never had! All in all, it was a great time and visit and would like to go back there one day.

Very nice place. They do need to offer room service and serve breakfast in one of the restaurants other than just the coffee shop. Other than that we really enjoyed the resort.

The Hotel is new and world class. This explains why they have the slot machines set up to rake people over the coals. They are obviously trying to get the $290,000,000 back as quickly as possible For this reason, we may stay at the hotel, but won’t play in the casino. You simply could t lose money any faster

I had a suite that was just prefect for what we wanted.

The hotel was very pretty and could tell it was new. Our front desk agent was nice but not overly. Being it was our first time at the hotel, it would've been nice to have an overview of where everything was located. We were told about the rooftop bar and that they closed at 1, however, it was only on the sign at the entry did we know they had live music on Thursday's and Friday's. I previously worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, so, I'll start with being nice that the ambience was great. Unfortunately, it was the room where it got disappointing. The beds were atrocious! Very, very soft beds! As a new hotel, I would expect them to be firm and not that soft already! (Sitting on the edge, you almost were on top of the box spring or platform, terrible!) In addition, my sister and I need the TV to sleep, well, ours didn't work...at all! I'm aware of how to check HDMI cables and other items, so, we called down to the front desk and they sent up maintenance. Even maintenance couldn't get the TV to work. If I were to come back and that's a big IF, I would suggest either another room or check the beds and the TV before committing to the room.

Very nice hotel and the rooms are excellent. Visited 1 of the restaurants and 2 other bars on property. Service and products were great.

Rooms and decor are very nice and spacious. Would love to have a microwave in the room other than that perfect stay.

Terra Haute casino is our favorite place to stay by far a step up from everyone else.

The casino was smaller than expected but we enjoyed ourselves while we were there!

Room was very nice and clean upon arrival. AC was not working, a maintenance man came immediately to fix it but it never did end up working. Also I was there 3 nights and never recieved a single fresh towel, i believe the cleaning crew made the bed once, thats all. All staff in hotel and casino were extremely friendly and the place is beautiful. Really enjoyed the pool as i am not much of a gambler. The bars/restaurants are not open through the week so come in on a weekend if you're looking for night life...

Check in was not organized and was hoping the restaurant/bar hours would be better. Otherwise a really nice stay.

Our room was attractive but the mattress so soft it was difficult to sleep on. My husbands side of the bed was already broken down and unless he laid toward the center he would almost roll out of bed. Disappointing for a brand new hotel that’s only been open a few months! Although this casino resort lists several restaurants only one is open for lunch or dinner during the week and the food not appealing or tasty. We made the most of our two night stay but will not return.

Awesome experience, no expense spared by property owners.

This location is brand new. Very nice plan. We were there on a Monday so a few of the restaurants were closed but we will go back on another night when they are open.
