Very nice stay for us family . Convenient location in Gatlinburg downtown which is near to many famous attractions. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast included with stay which is a plus and it was very good. Friendly and courteous staff .Only thing I would suggest is our room didn't have enough closet space otherwise it's really 10/10

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with amazing pillows. I was toward the end and didn’t have much traffic up and down the hall ways which was amazing. Overall great trip.

Very clean well kept hotel with inside pool. The only reason we wouldn’t return is because the parking is so tight. If you have a larger vehicle it may extend out and you may not be able to open the doors on one side. We eventually found a spot that would work for our average sized F150 pickup but I had to drop my wife off first and unload/load luggage in front of the hotel entrance. Also, they served brown gravy with the biscuits in the morning 😯 Otherwise the breakfast was good

Room was spacious and clean , bed was comfortable, a/c worked great . Staff was friendly . The free breakfast was great to have but wish it had a better selection. There are waffle makers which were great! Would definitely stay again , price was good too

This hotel is fairly new. You can see and smell it. But for a new hotel, there are two elevators but one is not working. It was out of order the whole time we were there and the remaining one is too slow. Lobby is big and that’s where the breakfast area is. A welcoming touch of lemon water in the lobby. There’s also a 24 hour access to coffee. Room is spacious and cold, ac was running good, nice firmed beds and pillows. My only complaint was the breakfast biscuits and eggs. Biscuits were hard as a rock and eggs were dry. But there were other options. There’s an Keurig, fridge and microwave in the room. Overall, I liked the place. A short distance walk from the main road. I recommend this place.

We were greeted and checked in quickly. Given instructions for breakfast( which was delicious) and where everything was located. The room was spacious and CLEAN! We already are planning another trip and will be using this Comfort Suites again!

The property itself was built this year. The staff was awesome especially the dude from Jamaica .
The only downside , and there is nothing they can do about it . Is the Surrounding property’s don’t look so good . There was trash all over some persons yard including Furniture, All that being said at no time did I feel unsafe and I would definitely stay there again without question . It has an indoor pool and is a short distance to the strip .

The property is new so that’s a plus .The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast . Not enough choices and the eggs are not real . No fresh fruit and only one meat choice . Other than that it was a nice clean and convenient stay .

This hotel was very clean, hotel almost seemed new. If you want to see a bear every night this is the hotel to be at. We saw one or two every single night! Stayed for 5 days and didn’t want house keeping but they kept up with towels and things we needed! Definitely recommend!

The property is new and very clean! The room was nice and big. The free breakfast was good with hot eggs, sausage & waffles. Plus cold cereal and pastries. It’s not “fancy”, but very nice. We would stay again Gatlinburg. Oh, there is a level 2 EV charger. It’s not complimentary but was very convenient.

Great location if youre looking for something new and modern without being super expensive. Only a few blocks walk to get in the heart of town on their main street. Lots of family activities to do, and the ripleys and other museums reminded me of something like Orlando, Ocean beach maryland, etc. Would book again.
