Staying at Borg al Arab hotel was really nice. We booked two nights but we really liked it so we stayed one more day.

Borg El Arab Beach Resort has once again exceeded my expectations. As a returning guest, I was delighted to find the same exceptional level of service and amenities I've come to love. The pristine sandy beach and crystal-clear water were as inviting as ever. The hotel's prime location and stunning room views were a constant source of enjoyment. The staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud Mahgoub, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. And let's not forget the delicious pizza! Overall, my second visit to Borg El Arab Beach Resort was just as magical as the first.

However, I did notice that some of the furniture need renovation. While the overall ambiance was luxurious, a few updates would enhance the guest experience even further.

The room should be renewed as it is very old, but it is very cleaned

Very nice staff; Mrs.Marwa was greeting us at the reception really nice, and the facility Manager showed us lots of care. Renewed Facilities; entrance and dining area were totally renewed, with a nice open view. The breakfast was nice and clean. All the guests we met there were nice too.

Little variety of available fresh Juice, yet this could've been just our luck on that day.

The view was perfect ... the staff were so friendly .. the food was good but with little varieties

The furniture was old .. the pool was not that clean .. the kids area for playing was very poor with no much facilities for entertaining the kids ..

Everything was super and perfect Staff were very nice and kind. Specially Mr.Mahmoud rooms manager He was very polite and trying to support us to ensure everything moving well.

Rooms need to be renewed.
