Great location, nice, clean and roomy, beautiful room with complete furniture and appliances. Didn't get to meet the owners but they were very helpful with their detailed instructions and information.

Only complaint might be that there was one night where the Wifi was unstable.

Loved the location.. it was safe and quiet. I felt at home. The washer and dryer are full size and easy to use.. everything was clean and smelled nice. I will certainly be back! I much prefer this place over any hotel in Jax. I got a bromeliad to gift to the host and I forgot it. I loved the garden area so much I wanted to contribute.. I will definitely bring it on my next trip as a token of appreciation.. or maybe a bottle of wine! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

I loved everything about this place! But, If I had my rathers, maybe a water cooler or brita filter for the fridge.. tap water doesn’t bother me but sometimes it can have a funny taste.. no fault of the house, maybe I’ll bring a brita filter next time.
