Pool war gross, sauber. Zimmer auch gross und sauber. Lage etwas abseits, konnten aber gut zu Fuss nach Downtown gehen (ca 30 min). Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, Ac gut regulierbar. Zu wenig Ablagefläche und auch zu wenig Möglichkeiten, Tücher aufzuhängen, um diese über nacht trocknen zu lassen.

Well equipped, clean and good located

The hotel has been able to hire a few more employees to increase their availability and responsiveness. I have been specifically impressed with the restaurant employees and the valet service.

During one of the rainstorms, we did notice the window had a small leak, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Think the hotel charge too much for the incidentals for what it is needs updating.

Felt it was too much to pay for incidentals the hotel room is old and updated didn't seem as clean as it could have been but that could be because it was old

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Karl at the reception was exceptional. His customer service skills were exceptional. He was very busy when we were checking in but never stopped smiling and helped all the guest with courtesy and respect. He definitely made Our stay enjoyable.

Close to river

Came for a concert. Room wasn’t ready until 6:30 pm. Tried to check in around 5 line was so long is wrapped around the building with over 100 people waiting

My husband and I came to Jacksonville for the Luke Combs concert on Friday 5/3/24. I booked this hotel (standard room with 1 king bed) on 3/4/24, 2 months in advance for this event. I booked this particular hotel because of it's proximity to the venue (Everbank Stadium), the view of the river, reasonable prices and good reviews. My husband and I drove 2.5-3 hrs from Palm Bay FL on 5/3, only to be told once we went to check in that they had overbooked for the night and would be relocating us to another Marriott 15-20 minutes away. We missed almost all of the opening acts for the concert and our Uber was $20 more each way than if we had been able to actually stay at this hotel because it was that much farther from the stadium. We weren't the only ones to be relocated to this other hotel either. We weren't offered any detailed explanation on how the overbooking happened or why it affected us and not others. We also weren't offered any sort of consolation for the inconvenience other than being told we wouldn't have to pay anything else for this other room except parking and incidentals. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be booking at this hotel in the future.

Room was nice,clean and comfortable. Personnel at the front desk were very nice . Valet parking service was pricey but ,it was good service.

Breakfast was terrible. Expensive , cold. They got the order wrong ,but I didn’t send it back because we waited so long to get it. Waited forever for them to take our order. Then waited forever to get a cold breakfast. Value ,a bit expensive.

The restaurant was good with good sized portions. The hotel looked nice and it’s close to the river walk.

Our room had blood splattered on the wall and the walls were dirty all over. We changed rooms. The view from both rooms was terrible. The room only had decaf coffee and a request for regular coffee, towels and a pillow took an hour to be delivered.

Can’t beat convenience !! This hotel was close to everything we needed. We traveled by bus (only 8 minutes away from the hotel) then uber around ( all rides less than 7 dollars a person). Right on the river walk . Beautiful scenery.

The pool area closes at 9pm☹️ didn’t get a chance to visit ; maybe next time. Tried to rent a microwave on the first night and we were told they were all given out then we were told they didn’t do microwave rentals at all the second night.

The parking

The staff remembers your name from the bar, front desk, and breakfast buffet. They answer any questions you may have in a "glad you here" kinda way.

That the lobby punch was only for check-in. Many properties have expanded their customer experience to service to all throughout the day.

Paid parking was like sardines packed in a parking lot. Restaurant combo purchase of breakfast daily DOES NOT INCLUDE COFFEE, O.J. NO DRINKS. The restaurant employee Franklin was rude and did not want to cooperate with our group. He said "I am not going to the front desk to help you" and the bar area was friendly except drinks are expensive and the food is not so good.

Restaurant service was slow, sent back soup. It was lukewarm to cold. Took 10 min + to get it back. By then husband was almost done with his burger.

Left an item behind ( yeti bag) we did the label thing to get it back. We had to call back after a few days and found out bag had not been sent out yet. Did receive it eventually. Took longer than expected considering we are only 6 hrs away.

Everything was excellent. I loved my room, the bathroom , whole entire hotel was clean and really nice and comfortable.

EL HOTEL ES BASTANTE GRANDE Y ESTÁ MUY BIEN UBICADO. LA HABITACIÓN EN GENERAL CÓMODA, BUEN ESPACIO, CAMAS CÓMODAS.

Nos dió la impresión de que el hotel no estaba lleno, aún así, y siendo personas de 60 años, nos dieron una habitación que parecía ser la más alejada de la recepción; entre otras cosas, no salía agua caliente en la regadera, y precisamente la "razón" que nos dieron fue que esto era por ser la habitación más alejada!! La persona más amable fue el señor que vino a ver qué pasaba con la regadera, y quien nos apoyó para que nos cambiaran de habitación.

The desk staff were not too friendly, didn’t give us directions to our room or tell us check out time, just gave us the key. Not even a smile.

The Wi-Fi in the room was one of the worst I can used in an hotel of my life. In the lobby, it was correct. The room was not done during our 2 nights stay. We had to ask at the reception in the afternoon.

Staff there are absolute best, they are genuinely friendly. The room was super clean and the bed quality was fantastic, slept great. It’s my eighth stay there and looking forward to the next stay. Kudos to Moe at the front desk. The Riverwalk is a good thing to do in the morning, beautiful, and you can see the city across the river.

It rained !! Staffed needs to work on that. Lol
