The condo location is very good. The beach was right outside of the guard house. Few km away from PD Waterfront, supermarket, fast food and etc. The security guard is very helpful.

The Condominium The overall condo looks a bit rundown. However, it has what suppose to have. Got security guard, got car park, got mini market on ground floor. If you're resident there, nothing to complaint. Door Lock The unit owner used low quality of door lock. Just opened the door knob twice, then broken already, somemore got penalty from owner for replacement. Living Hall The recliner sofa's skin really badly deteriorated. Although still can be used, it will makes the living hall looks better if owner can cover the sofa properly. No WiFi provided. Kitchen Since renting a condo, it's really not convenient that they dont even have a microwave stove to reheat food. The unit got a lot of ants. Although not harming, but really not comfortable seeing them around everywhere. Just simply drop a piece of chips on the floor, a squad of ants will come. Toilet They simply placed the brooms and mops in front of the toilet doors, really messy. Once open the toilet door, the broom falls on you....omg. No toilet rolls provided. We used our own tissues....lol. Bedroom There is only 1 x room in the unit, the door can't be closed properly, need to use our luggage bag to block the door. The bed and pillows quality really poor. The bed sheet and pillow sheets not uniform, makes you feel like you tumpang friend's house more than renting a place to stay.

Affordable price, ample parking space. Clean and spacious.

There's ants so might want to thoroughly clean it up. From the outside the building looks unmaintained so first impression might be bad but the room itself was solid and everything is working. There's no wifi.
