The hotel was in a great location. The lobby had a horrible smell, it hit you the second you went through the doors. Elevator was extremely slow and quiet small so you often had to wait. Rooms were average in size and housekeeping came daily but I wouldn’t say they did anything besides making beds and changing towels.

Very nice stay. Friendy Staff. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and always room to enjoy food and good service. Especially Kiara.

Great hotel! 4th time staying there. Great location, just steps away from the duomo and they have valet parking!

Fantastic stay! The aircon was blasting when we arrived which is very rare in Italy. The room was just perfect in size, and the location is down the street from everything you’d want to (must) see in Florence. From the bathroom to the nice firm bed and pillow options, just a great value. Plus, this hotel is also down the street from the train station. I cannot recommend this enough. And yes, I’ve stayed at the St. Regis, the Westin Excelsior and even the Lugarno.

Fantastic stay! The aircon was blasting when we arrived which is very rare in Italy. The room was just perfect in size, and the location is down the street from everything you’d want to (must) see in Florence. From the bathroom to the nice firm bed and pillow options, just a great value. Plus, this hotel is also down the street from the train station. I cannot recommend this enough. The property was right next to the Duomo in the center of Florence
The rooms were spacious, recently updated and well appointed. There was complimentary snacks in the afternoon. Great Hotel!!!

The location for this hotel could not be better. It is located on the edge of the city center and not far from the train and tram station. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure which can be an issue in some hotels around Italy. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The one draw back was that the lobby and hallways smelled bad. There were some heavy rains so that might have attributed to the sewer smell in the common areas but it was very overwhelming when we first arrived and although it got better it never completely went away. Luckily our room did not smell. We would stay there again.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to Florence.

2 minutes walk to designer stores , 5 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes walk to the city center , and the rooms are very comfortable, every time we are in Florence we’ll make sure that we stay at this hotel .

Remember to bring an adapter to charge your devices if you’re from outside Europe; the hotel doesn’t have any. Also, there’s no need to take a taxi from the SM Novella train station as it’s only a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

We were fortunate to stay in the suite that offered 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is always a bonus! The room was immaculate and spacious. The location was perfect. Central and in the heart of Florence, walkable to the best restaurants, Duomo, shopping, train station, and leather markets. The free breakfast every morning was top notch offering a huge variety of hot and cold choices. They even had a juicer to make your own! I would highly recommend Cerretani if you are lucky enough to visit Florence. The staff was exceptional!
