The shower had mildew around the bottom where the caulking was; poor water pressure for both shower and toilet; the bed was lumpy and not supportive.

We first got into our room, it smelled awful, but we had to leave for an event. We got back 3 hours later and it was worse. I went to unpack and noticed on the ceiling and running down the wall was black mold. Also, the shower was dripping constantly. We went to the front desk and she was gracious enough to move us. In that room it was better, but when we got up the next morning, we noticed there was black mold all around the base of the shower.
My husband said the faucet was dripping all night long and had to put a towel down to buffer the sound.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest Holiday Inn we've probably ever stayed at. The only issue was at check in and it was no fault of the hotel and they worked to correct it as quickly as possible.

Room was very clean. I liked that our garbage was emptied daily and new towels were given. The restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly. We had a leak in the bathroom and maintenance responded quickly. Will return.

My stay was great. Hotel is in the middle of many dining options and shopping. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was very convenient. Bar tender Kathy was awesome ! Coffee station in the morning by the elevators was perfect !!! Overall a great stay!

Our King Queen $200/50 room had a filthy sofa, broken sink faucet, dove liquid soaps that were not refilled or working, cobwebs in the corners and broken pieces of drywall on the floor, the ice machine on our floor (5) was out of order/service. The room was overpriced and disappointing, the mini fridge was dirty inside. The elevator was quite institutional like an old hospital feel -- TJ's was accomodating, but really we should be refunded or given some free room/stay credit vouchers...the property is not well kept a two-star rating is generou for what should have been a solid three.**

Convenient location. A better hotel for the price than many along the highway. The surrounding area has many fast food restaurants, but nothing better than that--except for the restaurant in the hotel. The downside is the restaurant. I don't think it's managed by the hotel, but the food was not very good and quite expensive for what they served.
