We were told the parking garage at the hotel was full, had to use a parking garage down the street. The bathroom was set up so our toilet was in a very tight space facing a wall so the first time i went to sit on the toilet I bumped my forehead on the wall in front of me. literally just enough space for your legs between the toilet and the wall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Collection Salzburg, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel perfectly combines modern elegance with a touch of Salzburg's rich history, offering a luxurious and relaxing ambiance throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views of the city and surrounding mountains were simply breathtaking. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of the NH Collection Salzburg was the breakfast. The spread was diverse and of exceptional quality, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any dietary preferences and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. The location is another major plus. Situated right in the heart of Salzburg, the hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, including the historic Old Town and Mirabell Gardens. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, the convenience cannot be overstated. Overall, the NH Collection Salzburg exceeded all of my expectations. The combination of luxury, exceptional service, and prime location made my stay unforgettable. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg

I traveled with my partner and stayed one night at NH Collection Salzburg City. Liked: Comfortable and quiet room. Excellent breakfast with many options and made to order plates. Didn’t like: Standard service. Elevators were not working. Location is not too close to most points of interest.

The rooms were quite small and they kept giving us one bath towel despite the fact that two people were staying in the room. The hotel is in a very good location.

At best this hotel is a 3 star. Dark, and felt dirty. Beds were not comfortable at all and the pillow was the size of an airplane pillow. On the second day we didn't even have wash cloths. Service at the front desk was good but other than that not much to say good.about.

Very comfortable hotel within a walking distance to the ild town and the fortress. The staff was very accommodating. Wr requested ironing board and extra blanket and everything was delivered promptly to our room.

Breakfast buffet was the largest of any of the hotel we stayed at and high quality. The gym was better than expected as well with a good selection of dumbbells and a quality cable machine.Would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a great location, just steps from the "New Town" shops and restaurants. It is also convenient to Mirabel Gardens and Old Town Salzburg. The breakfast buffet and the bar were both excellent. The best part of our stay at the NH Collection Salzburg was the outstanding staff. Astrid Reiter in Guest Relations was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Salzburg area. Orlando at the from desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs and Auriel at the bar was also excellent. We could not have been happier with our choice of hotel and recommend the NH Collection Salzburg to anyone looking for a great play to stay in Austria.
