Service was excellent and our stay was very enjoyable!

A software update on the TVs was done so the one in our room stopped working on the second night. We were told someone would come and fix it but that did not happen. When we spoke to someone the following day, they said they would send someone up right away. When we returned that evening, it was still not repaired. Then we were informed that it was unfixable - was there not a spare one in the hotel? or could they not have told us this the first time they looked at it. The staff was lovely and comp'd us our parking, but I think they could have some tot he conclusion it was unfixable after the first inspection of the TV.

Nice hotel, great location! Beautiful view from our room! Great service from staff! Only disappointment was the additional fee for parking, sorry but this isn’t New York City with its limited parking space! It’s cute, quaint Kingston, Ontario! Might have to reconsider this hotel next visit!

We had a great time! Next time however we will be sure to ask for a room on the harbour side. But the room we had was comfortable, large and clean. The bar was a great place for a 5-7. All in all we had a lovely time!

Great location for all amenities and attractions of Kingston

The hotel haa a wonderful location, right on the waterfront and right downtown close to all shopping and dining options. The room was spacious and the balcony overlooking the harbour was a bonus. Friendly staff. Excellent outdoor waterfront patio. Very reasonable price for a waterfront location.

Great location, great view of the waterfront. Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was nice but not cleaned very often. I had to pay for parking, and using a card to get in and out of the parking lot was a bit of a pain.

I liked my harbourfront room. A very nice onsite restaurant. I would like to have a safe in my room, there is room to put one in the clothes closet.

Beautiful Property.

We enjoyed our stay however we were a bit disappointed with our room--we were looking forward to having a balcony where would could sit and enjoy ==we were placed in a room with a balcony but there was an air conditioning unit directly below and it was very noisy. We were not able to enjoy the balcony during our stay.
