Rooms very clean and the bed comfy. Quiet. Didnt use any of the extras like the pool, workout room, or play yard, so cant comment on that aspect.

There needs to be a law for hotels that knowingly have rooms that have a stench of smoke. They had me sign a paper stating that if I smoke there will be a large fine and when I entered the room, it stunk of old cigarette smoke. I went back down and had them write it was already full of smoke order. I would have never booked this hotel knowing that the majority of their rooms stink of a very strong order of smoke. Also, nothing to cook with, one glass no silverware....this was advertised as a suite. They showed me other rooms, but they all stunk. My throat is still soar after spending two nights there, I opened the two windows thinking it would help and it didn't. It obviously gets into the walls, curtains, flooring etc. Shame on you Sonesta to try and blame cigerette smoke on new customers entering the property who don't even smoke. And, they knowingly make you sign a paper that you'll pay a fine if it smells of smoke. Truly disgusting!

The property is old and can use some redecoration and more invigorated scrubbing to get rid of the stains and smell. On the positive side, the room is very spacious, and the common area may be fun for families.

BIG ROOMS, NOT VERY CLEAN THOUGH. CONSTANTLY SMELT CIGARETTE SMOKE IN HALLWAY. NO MAID SERVICE UNLESS YOU ARE THERE OVER FIVE NIGHTS. IF YOU WANT CLEAN TOWELS OR BEDDING YOU HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO OFFICE AND TRAFE THEM IN. THEY GIVE YOU ONE SMALL BAR OF SOAP FOR BOTH WASHING YOUR HANDS AND SHOWERING

We thought this would be a great hotel to stay at We were wrong. Everyone that worked there was just rude and completly unprofessional. If you even ask a simple question They all talk to you like youre simply stupid and give smart mouth responses. There were pieces of food and other garbage all over the floor. Looked like crubs still all in the bed. Do yourself a favor and and just book somewhere else.

I tried to check in at 9:00pm but had to wait because the room was not ready. The clerk told me that her General Manager was still cleaning it because they were really busy and short on housekeepers. When I got to the room the kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting- dirty towels everywhere and the tubs and sink were dirty. I called the front desk and told her that it was not cleaned and she said that she was the only one working and that we could come down to the lobby for towels and get a bag to put the dirty towels in for them.

I had the worst possible experience here. Not sure if my color is the reason I was treated this way or not but the staff were not friendly. They were not professional at all and rude. I’ve checked in hotels all over the world and this was my worst experience.

She gave me a 2nd floor with no elevator knowing full well my spousr was handicapped. When I asked for a first floor, she told me to take the room or too bad. Our room was absolutely disgusting…huge stains on the carpet, broken air with cardboard piecing it together, broken lamp, non working outlets, garbage left outside the door and to top it off, the pull out couch sofa had huge blood stains covering almost the entire mattress with mold underneath. It literally looks like someone was murdered there. Reported it to health department after hotel management acted like it was no big deal.

Not good customer service at all no clean sheets after we asked twice , no iron , the tv in the suite was removed we asked for them to put in back in , it never happened … wasn’t offered anything for our inconvenience….the room needs a deep clean , overall it’s a nice hotel but needs better staff

AC was broken and they said they would fix it, but that didn’t happen. They didn’t have any other rooms available. We booked for 3 nights. It was so uncomfortable to stay there with no AC the first two nights, we had to cut our stay short
