Check in was blah. Young guy went through the motions. I asked about perks of being Hilton member he mentioned points for money spent. I asked above upgrades and he not now. Check out way more pleasant

Check in was very easy: the clerk was friendly and it was quick. The room was clean, comfy bed, great shower. I wished I could stay more than one night. I ate at The Tavern restaurant which had a fire in the fireplace and great food and service. Thank you!

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable enough although a little soft for me, location was great. Our room was an interior room which overlooked a seating area. The room was warm and I would have liked to be able to open an outside window as the a/c unit was too noisy to sleep with so had to turn it off. That might not bother some people but it affected how well I could sleep. Hotel was overpriced and breakfast was not included. The hotel was nice enough in itself but a little disappointing.

The TV in our room was not functioning ( cable not working) When I called the front desk hoping that they would be able to fix the problem from their end, I was told that they would need to send an engineer to evaluate the problem. I declined this, since my family was all sleeping and did not want to disturb them. Consequently for our stay, we had no TV service. I would have expected this to be addressed before I occupied the room. If I choose to stay at a Double Tree again,I will certainly check the TV upon my arrival.

Issue with shower —- water all over floors regardless of directions doors placed First room had dirty bedspread & tv did not work Also - single woman (majority) prefer a 2nd floor room for safety ussues

We were so pleasantly surprised! From our warm welcome, to the clean and spacious room - everything about our stay was great. We spent time with some friends in the Tavern and the service was excellent. Very easy access from the highway and very close to the airport, UVM, and the hospital. The location alone makes it an excellent choice. We will absolutely stay again when in the area.

We were Celebrating 42 years Anniversary, choose the hotel because it has indoor pool ! But the pool was out of Service , due to maintenance! When we were not informed and our night was not as we expected to be!! We book way in advance and you had to informed me about this!!! No one bother and our 42 year celebration was as expected to be!!!During check in said sorry is in our website but you book through Expedia, they had to tell you about the pool because we send them a letter and they had to inform you!!My husband have skin cancer and this was the opportunity to be indoor pool and enjoy that time , but didn’t happen!! This is not right and I am expecting a full refund!! We even left the hotel at 9am to look for something else to do!!!

The hotel hallways have a smell that seem to be a deodorant to cover up the smell of mold or mildew The bathroom hand towel was dirty The shower has almost no pressure The atrium breakfast was very good, but again the carpet has a smell This room was absolutely not worth $400 for one night

Arrived late for check in after our flight was seriously delayed and could not get into the room due to the computer rebooting. I previously called and let them know we would be late and no one took the time to inform us that the check in service ends at a certain time. The male front desk employee at 4am was rude, snide, unprofessional and couldn’t even offer us a refreshment while we waited at 4 in the morning, definitely not someone who should be working In hospitality. The bathrooms are dirty and no soap in the bottles. The sheets had a tan tint to them. Would not stay again,

Great place, great staff! Especially Baris, the front desk representative, was extremely helpful!

Check in was a breeze. The room was perfect.

Nothing like the pictures, pool not working, terrasse outside ugly, bad smell in restaurant, food not good and expansive. Didn’t sleep all night, drunk people loud and yelling. Tried to call reception from room, never got a hold of them. Not the first time that I feel misslead by this website but it’s the last!

We had a fantastic stay. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed their stay too! Highly recommended.
