Hotel is renovating their 4th floor. I was put on the 3rd floor (construction noise) when the hotel looked to be 1/3 occupied.

The whole staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They were eager to help and make our stay enjoyable. We were greeted with a smile and an hello upon arrival and departure every time.
The cleaning staff were always smiling and helpful as were the breakfast staff. We will stay there again If the occasion presents itself.

We enjoyed our studio room very much, giving us more space and a comfortable mini sofa with good lighting for reading. It was very quiet, for good sleep at night, and the breakfast buffet was very good. We were very happy with our experience at this hotel.

We’ve been staying with you for several years for our anniversary, this year was our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted it special so we got a room with a whirlpool. That was great but all night it was loud and noisy! Doors slamming and a mumming we couldn’t figure it out. Didn’t get any sleep. We left a lot earlier than we wanted. Disappointed
