It was fantastic, we stayed the first night on our route 66 trip and realized that we would be close on our return and were so, impressed we booked it again! Loved every minute of our stay!

We are loyal to staying at Drury's because of their customer service and how they literally never tell us no 😂Half the time we cater our trip around which Drury's were going to stay at and this one will not happen again. Despite the fact Javi was F*****G AWESOME (that's why y'all got 2 stars on service and not 1) at check in, however the morning staff, and management was a different story. We arrived late in the evening and I asked Javi if the soda machine was open and he said no they close at 930pm, But they have other sodas he would be happy to get me one. Understandable and I appreciate the help and politeness but different story in the morning. My husband went to fill my cup at 10am. They were rude about the soda machine. "no we shut it down right after breakfast and kickbacks" and whoever was there at the counter "has been there 40years and they've NEVER have the machine on" okay, then how come this is the first Drury we have had this problem with? And did y'all really have to be so meh about it? Whatever. Maybe y'all were having a cranky morning! Thankyou Javi for being so friendly and genuinely acting like you cared how we are 💙

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay. We decided to stay here again this year. If we are in this area next year, we may possibly stay here again but upgrade to a Suite. We need the division to have some alone time. One thing I would like to see is a sitting area somewhere on each floor. Some place to escape when needed. The one on the main floor by a set of doors was nice but we would have to go downstairs for that. Thanks.

Disappointed in breakfast options. Scrambled eggs were very dry - lots of carbs, not much else. When I got there (8:00 am) there were no potatoes, no biscuits. You can do better.

Elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. We are in our 70s and me with both knees that need to be replaced. Talked to them about another room but no rooms available. I was expecting a good break in my cost for 2 days, but nothing was offered. We stayed because we had other family members staying. .

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate. All of the staff were amazing. Our room was much larger than most hotel rooms. Not only did we receive free breakfast, but also free dinner, popcorn, and 3 free drinks at the bar. The pool and hot tub were clean and in perfect condition. I just can't say enough about this hotel. This was our first time staying here, but we will definitely be back.

The elevator was not working and they said they notified all reservations but we were not informed as we went through 3rd party like we we did something wrong and didn’t get informed. We’re both in our 70s and use the elevator. There was no discount offered for this inconvenience.

Even though the hotel was experiencing a problem with their elevator, the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and were attentive to the needs of their guests. It was a very pleasant experience.
