This hotel is getting tired and really does need some sprucing up. Reception area had a very strong disinfectant smell quite annoying. Carpets really need to be upgraded and windows are very tired

First impression of the hotel is how dirty it was. The carpets in the hallway and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The room was dark and depressing. Beds were really uncomfortable. Pool was too cold to swim in and again very depressing room. The only good thing was the customer service when we were leaving.

Bathroom was dirty. Ring around the tub. No hand towels only bath towels. Very hard to plug in the coffee maker. Had to move the desk Lock on door was broken. First floor still has many stairs and a long walk to the end Mattress was comfy but pillows were very hard. Did not have a good sleep. Will not stay here again!!

We asked for no stairs or very few as my friend is 93 years old and I'm waiting for knee replacement surgery. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs. They did carry our luggage to and from the room. When we were checking in none of the debr/credit terminals were working. The front desk attendant did her best to accommodate us but was unable to give us an appropriate accessable room and we finally had to empty our wallets and pay cash. The attendant did bive use three lovely flowers. The general manager did a.low us to use cash and did carry up most of our luggage. If it wasn't for the stairs and the computer check In issues it was a great room and the staff was exemptiona.ly helpful.

Had a bit of an issue because of no lock on my door. The very friendly staff made it all good. Property needs updating which I understand is happening in the near future. The beds are incredibly comfortable !!

Entered the hotel late in the evening. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to desk. Was told by the desk person that I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the online reservation to come though. Then was told he'd never heard of Obitz. He blamed the hold up on his company Sandman Hotels. Terrible service!
