staff was friendly.

bathroom in my suite was not clean. had black hair in the bathtub, soap on the tile walls, toothpaste spit in the mirror. Was not impressed by those things and made me wonder about the rest of the room.

first of all it was not clean at all, there were spiders in one of our rooms, when we talked to the reception, she replied now you got your room through booking, next time get it directly from us and we will give you some discount!!! in addition, when we were checking in, when 8 asked why is the charge on my credit card higher than what it shows on my booking confirmation, she told me to my face that we will keep this extra amount until you check out if you didn’t steal the TV or something we will return it!!! They had good carts to move around luggage .

The front desk was rude . It felt like they made some judgements on us based on our looks. Excessive identification requirements of every guest.
