The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
The continental breakfast was pretty small, but small town so I get it. I wasn't a fan of listening to busy highway traffic all night. I would request a room on the other side of the hotel next time. It was also hard to sleep with the heater on because it would kick on super loudly and startle me awake. I could also hear all the water pipes in my room from the rooms next to me. The guests upstairs were also super loud...so that was nice.

The employees were very nice. All the common areas were very clean. I feel like they rushed cleaning the actual rooms.

Friendly staff upon check in , clean. Room was big and roomy .
Beds not as comfy as we expected them to be based on previous stays at Best Westerns .
AC was weak . Washroom was tiny and crammed , we was odd considering our room was big and roomy .

The gym could use a little update.. but who am I kidding.. maybe 90% of people on vacay don't workout
The tiles they use for their bathroom could use an update... felt like dirt and grime could easily stick in the nooks of the tiles and make it look "dirty" - but thats just me

lights in pool area went off 15 minutes before the pool closed. we were told that they could not put the lights back on. someone from housekeeping came to the door very early in the morning that we were to check out of later. woke us up and then left…

staff was friendly.
bathroom in my suite was not clean. had black hair in the bathtub, soap on the tile walls, toothpaste spit in the mirror. Was not impressed by those things and made me wonder about the rest of the room.

the location was very nice and good
first of all it was not clean at all, there were spiders in one of our rooms, when we talked to the reception, she replied now you got your room through booking, next time get it directly from us and we will give you some discount!!!
in addition, when we were checking in, when 8 asked why is the charge on my credit card higher than what it shows on my booking confirmation, she told me to my face that we will keep this extra amount until you check out if you didn’t steal the TV or something we will return it!!! I understand the security deposit policy but seriously, what is this language!!!?

They had good carts to move around luggage .
The front desk was rude . It felt like they made some judgements on us based on our looks. Excessive identification requirements of every guest.
