Great little motel close to Amherst. It was just a 5 minute drive. Although it’s a little dated, the place is clean with spacious rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Close to everything.

Really run down and outdated. Only a few pieces of equipment from the 1990's in the "fitness center" and half were broken. Bathroom sink was rusted and nasty (was even rusted through in a few places). Broken heating unit, broken vending machines, just really lousy all around.

Only problem was check-in clerk who could not speak understandable English. The room was VERY hot & she couldn't tell me how to turn on the AC.

The hotel was an ancient repurposed Howard Johnsons. It was clean, a bit spartan, but very inexpensive. I would gladly stay there again.

It was obvious the room had recently been renovated, which included replacing the carpet with hard flooring - which is more sanitary I guess, but which did make the room feel a bit cold. The room had both a microwave and a refrigerator, which was much appreciated, but the Fridge and the TV we’re not plugged in, so it took a while to figure out how to get them plugged in and working. There were no instructions on how to work the TV (though not all that hard to figure out). Beds were super comfortable and well-made up. The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and there was not a handheld, so my shower was less than satisfying.

It was a quick stop (less than 12 hours). Nice room. Clean dining area. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Friendly staff. I like the heat lamp in the bathroom.

We stayed for a long weekend while visiting family nearby. I would best describe this as "it's seen better days". It has a slightly tatty feeling in some places, some of the lights in our room didn't work, our door didn't automatically close behind us---we had to forcibly pull it shut. Also in our daughter's room the shower didn't drain properly and there was some dirty water int he bottom of the tub. We were disappointed because the web site says there is a pool, but there is not---it's been shut. A good point is that they have a breakfast every morning, and it was good.

The front desk staff were exceptional.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was very well taken care of. Our accessible room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the exterior lighting was almost non-existent. The parking lot was very dark and the signage was not lit. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast: Very basic type. There is no change in breakfast menu. Water bottle: Property manager should look at placing one bottle of water each day in room for each guest.

The facility is old and out of date. Bathroom floor is sticky. Breakfast is not great. The only reason I booked this place is all other places are fully booked during the university check in dates

It was dirty and we had to change our rooms like 4x. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers. We told them to cancel our stay and we left. Other guests had also changed their rooms multiple times too. It was so gross I didn't even want to lay in the bed.
