My second time staying here a little of a old school but the services are there and I really like my staying keep up the good work the front personal was really helpful and the housekeeping person as well also a would like to congratulate a housekeeping men who went above and beyond taking us a microwave and a refrigerator it made our stay even better

Personally didn’t love it. I’ve stayed here 3 times because of the convenience of the shuttle taking us to and from Disneyland. But this week long stay was the worst. They had us in 3 different rooms, the toilet didnt work, the card reader on the doors wouldn’t read the cards to open so I had to constantly go to front desk for new room keys, the rooms were all humid, the shower was also clogged, the control for the tv didn’t work. The staff was kind and did what they could. This hotel needs some real maintenance work and a whole upgrade. Won’t be back.

The pool was closed with no mention of this on the website, which was disappointing. The parking lot was inconvenient and felt unsafe. The internet did not work, and the TV only had Spanish channels. While the staff was friendly, it was clear that management didn’t prioritize upkeep—I overheard cleaning staff saying they lacked essential supplies. Several ice machines were out of order on multiple floors, adding to the frustration. Overall, this hotel felt more like a poorly maintained motel, and to top it off, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I won’t be staying here again.

Best thing was the staff and how helpful they were and having a shuttle for Disneyland. Bad thing is they say in the night shifts the shuffle comes every 30 mins and we waited 1hr and 12 mins. We made friends with another family waiting and they had been there 6 mins before us and we called the front desk multiple times and kept saying was on the way but the hotel was only 12 mins away so don’t know where an hour between was lost from the driver. Also the rooms are small first room we had to be changed the shower was falling down. Second room the window to the parking lot in our room wouldn’t close. It wasn’t till the 3rd room we finally had a good room. Breakfast is on point and the morning trips was the best for Disney but like I stated the night ones were the horrible experience.

The hotel has a nice lobby. However, as you walk in the hallways you can clearly see it's in desperate need for some TLC. I had trouble with the door lock, it would not open properly after reading the key correctly. After several attempts, it opened.

It was good. We were very disappointed in TV offerings. The channel guide did not match the channels and we could not view the World Series game or Sunday football.

The carpet was gilthy, when ge got there the elevator was broken, making us walk a long way to the other one. The woman's bsthroom was broken so they had to give me a room key. The staff were very friendly but the hotelcwas in terrible condition.

The staff was nice and friendly. We didn't have hot water, when they "fixed it" one of us had a hot shower. The next day, they said the maintence wasn't around to fix. not a good time. Pool was under maintence too. Low flow toilets, we had to hold handle for 30 sec plus to make them flush. Breakfast was great.

We stay 4 nights and it was great And they propose the shuttle services from the hotel to dysney that's super great
