Opposite to the bus stop from airport and close to downtown and main pier. Room size is big. The hotel is one of the pick up locations for my Milford sound trip. Providing slippers and toothbrush is a plus.

Great location just in the heart of Queenstown and all the activities. Tour operators leaving just outside our door. Walking distance to burgers and shopping. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Would definitely return!

Had to fight for decent view despite being shown amazing pictures online. (Originally on first floor with view of an alley, which is hard to do when the property is on a picturesque bay on one side and has mountains on the other. Plus, we were off season, so felt like second class citizens having already paid through hotel.com.)

Great Hotel with excellent friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and always clean. Breakfast was good and Dinner was good as well although probably needs more of a selection. We will be back next year.

Great location. Appreciated not having to put children in car as hotel was right in city. Staff very friendly, especially reception staff.

Brilliant position right in town so easy walking to restaurants. View of the mountains, room was comfortable, staff were amazing actually. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful especially the staff looking after our conference room.

5 star service everywhere in hotel, from check in to breakfast. In room menue was better before so we didnt have mains but 2 desserts were bliss. More easy in room dining options would have been great

Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to eat around Queenstown and it’s within walking distance of pretty much everything. Convenience store located right next door which was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
