Excellent location for tube, trains, buses and Gatwick Express. Lots of good options around. Also close to a few theatres.
I chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight from Gatwick and the train was easy to catch.

Lovely hotel, nicely refurbished. V comfy stay. Rooms on first floor don't have clear windows, it didn't bother us a it's winter and we were out most of the day. Great breakfast. Reception is lovely and nice staff.

Fab location.. literally right beside Victoria train station. Lovely foyer with gorgeous tree. Room more basic than expected (hence 4 stars) but very clean and good coffee machine/kettle and treats as well as mini fridge stocked with bottled water. Nice bathroom and amenities.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great service.
Definitely would stay here again as spend so little time in your room when in London, do it doesn’t really matter if it’s a bit more basic!

We stayed one nite before travelling on Belmont train Had a drink in the bar in the evening. Lovely clean hotel with very pleasant staff

It was a beautiful hotel located right next to Victoria station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" would be that the rooms had not been serviced when we arrived back to get dressed for dinner, We had to call two days in a row to ask them to come.

Location v handy to Victoria Station. Our room had to be accessed by using 2 different sets of lifts which was a bit confusing and inconvenient. Room spacious and had a bath with separate shower.

Nice hotel - around the corner from Buckingham Palace and very nicely situated at Victoria station. Comfi and all of that - only nobody understands the floor levels and their numbers. You go to 4 and in the next building it is 3. Anyway. Good place.

Absolutely fantastic day it was only for one night but the room was massive and also the mini bar was free with the upgrade we got absolutely stunning hotel thank you very much for making my partners 50th birthday a good one

We booked two nights at the Clermont solely based on proximity to Victoria Station. The door with direct access to and from the station and underground made it even better than we thought. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Our room was big and the free snacks and drinks were an added bonus.

Really loved our 6 night stay at the Clermont. Lovely old hotel that feels very grand. The restaurant "Soak" attached is very good food, and we ate there several times. The afternoon tea is terrible - terrible - I mean my 6 year old neighbor could cobble together a better tasting tea. Poor selection of teas offered, and the service was abysmal. Had an older woman when we visited on 11/7 and she didn't check on us once, and made snotty comments. The male host was almost as bad. Horrible service and lousy food.
There was also a TON of street noise during the night due to non stop construction directly outside of my window. It was really hard to sleep.

Beautiful hotel right on Victoria station, room upgrade was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff very helpful and breakfast is very varied and tasty, cooked option nice and hot, everything replenished regularly. Was our second stay and we will back again.
