I’ve stayed at The London EDITION a couple of times now and I absolutely love it there. This time we celebrated a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Wish I could mention their names but special thanks to the woman who checked us in, the concierge and the guy helping us with the bags.
The rooms are clean, great style and hotel overall has a fun vibe. Recommend!

Pretty property, however the carpet inside our room was very dirty, and it was never cleaned during our stay. In addition, the property charged the deposit fee at the beginning of the stay and when I checked out they provided an invoice for room services and eating at the restaurant inside the property, which totaled a higher amount. As a good accountant, I kept track of every receipt for food services provided but the amount they said they would charged didn’t tie to my receipts. I agreed because I had a flight to catch and thought I would review the invoice emailed to me later. Well, they processed three different transactions and none of the transactions total the invoice provided, or the total of them. They didn’t bother to send additional invoices or a revised one. I would not recommend it to anybody. Also, I got picked pocket outside of the property, and supposedly no one saw anything. Not a good experience!

I didnt like the bedding and also the pillows. Even after I switched from the soft to the firm pillows I did not take to them. Becuase of this it was difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

My favorite London hotel! Superb staff: attentive, intelligent, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent location, easy walking distance to most major sites and close to tube stations. Beautiful building and great bar and restaurant.

The shower head water was weak, room overall too dark. Is quite noisy during night too due to the wind caused some banging sound outside the building

Ive been to London numerous times and nothing beats the location. Incredibly walkable but also so easy to get a taxi or grab an uber out front. The bars at the hotel are a vibe so if you are looking for a great place to get a cocktail, you dont need to go far.

Was charged £72 for breakfast even though our rate was inclusive of breakfast. It was added after we had checked out. I phoned and was told to check with Hotels.com. I was shocked and insisted hotel should check. Later hotel emailed that credit was issued for overcharge. How is it possible for a hotel of this calibre to treat guests like this?

I ordered a deluxe room with a queen bed and when my wife arrived on Friday the girl at the reception gave her a superior room instead.
Just a day after I arrived and talked to the manager they agreed to move us to another room which was the room that we ordered originally.
