We did not stay because the room smelt horrible sheets very dirty. Also, the spread was very dirty. Lots of spots here. We did not check in. We definitely need a refund. no security anyone can walk in the side door of the building. Thank you.

Room was definitely in need of a deep clean. Pillow had blood stain in it. Bed skirt had built up hair and i think what were crumbs.

My room was nice. The people were very friendly, but I was next to a highway which was a little loud so I’ll make sure I get on the other side of the hotel next time.

Disgusting pull out had stains on mattress cover a toothbrush stuck in bed and no linen or pillows nothing got moved to a downgraded 2 bed room pillows had black marks on them stain on one bed I have pictures

Shower didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, breakfast was terminal, spider removal by guest

The lighting of the parking lot was dismal. I wasn't sure it was the right place, or if it was empty, altho there were about 6 cars in the lot.
The hallway carpet was dirty, with trash in the hallways when I arrived after 9 pm.
The hallways & my room smelled musty.
Will not stay there again.

Desk staff was nice and did her best. First room provided was not fit for human occupation. Mildew / pee smell combined. Was given another room which was inhabitable. Hotel really meeds a makeover.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is dated and could be cleaner. There are lot garbage cans in the rooms which seems odd.
The beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure.
The trailers in the parking lot had been there awhile and the smell of pot was rampant.

Room had crusted food on the bed skirt. People next door left trash outside their room that didn't get picked up for almost 24 hours. Doggie doo waste bin overflowing. Breakfast area not well kept, milk was spoiled.

Every piece of linen; towels, sheets, pillow cases blankets, all had hair and stains on them and then the housekeeper walked off and left our room door open for god only knows how long until we noticed.

The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory to say the least, dried out sausage and weird scrambled eggs, a few cereal, one waffle maker, dried out muffins, bagels and some yogurt. Had stayed here years ago and it has gone downhill.

Our stay was just for a quick visit. Over all our room was good, outdated, you could tell that it was not vacuumed or poorly done. Bathroom wasn’t swept, and wore out old /hole clean sheets.
