The lady at the service desk was very short and not friendly during check In. She Rushed through everything and was very short with all her answers.

First of all. I make reservation the date beforehand. Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel about 3:30 am. They said if you do not show by 10:30. Your is sold to someone else. They they were full and sends us to a different hotel. When got there it took about a half and hour to check in. The other hotel was not that good. The worker's on breakfast were not interested in cleaning after the costumer. They runs out of different items and said that they not have any more. Would not stay there again.

I had an unexpected stay due to illness, and the staff could not have been more kind, helpful, and accommodating. The economical pricing, the proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was especially helpful. Thank you!

We were denied check in for a room booked on Hotels.com. This was because we are both 19 and not 21. I understand this was policy and it was my mistake. However, I was not able to be refunded for the room I booked and the 21 age restriction was in incredibly small font on the confirmation email. We were then in a situation where I was paying for a hotel room that we couldnt stay in, nowhere to put our bags for the concert we had later that evening, and no way to shower/get ready for an evening weve planned for weeks. Not to mention the staff were extremely rude. I want to make it clear that Im a 19 year old, I dont write reviews about staff friendliness becuase I get that its not that serious. But we were in a situation with nowhere to go, and the front desk hung up on me twice after snapping at me. We ended up having to walk 30 minutes to a train station with suitcases and heavy backpacks just to get to the concert. We then had to sleep in the airport. This effectively ruined the trip for both of us and all we wanted to do is go home. As upset as I am about being out of $150, Im more upset about a weekend together was accompanied with so much stress.

Hotel room looks run down and I had issues with the hot water. The next day, I realized the pipes were switched. I know It sounds crazy but I've never encountered anything like that before.

The room was clean, transportation to / from airport was fine, and also to the Amtrak train station, They also provided transportation to/The only dislike was there was only 2 bath towels total in the room

When we stayed at the end of August. The van to the hotel from the airport took 1 1/2 hours to pick us up. On our stay on the 19th of September, we waited for the van from the airport to the hotel for over an hour! Then we took a cab that cost us $25.00!

Front staff were great! Breakfast staff not so much. They didn't really keep food and supplies stocked up and the dining area was dirty. They weren't friendly either. Room was fine. Elevator was down for a bit but fixed fairly quickly. Free airport shuttle was convenient. It was pretty easy to use public transportation from this hotel. There's a bus across the street and a train a short walk away.

The breakfast although offered a good choice of items, the room we were served and sat in was so cold our food was cold by the time we sat down. It was the sun room area surrounded by glass with no way to hold heat into the room. Needless to say I couldn’t eat m food as there wasn’t a microwave available to reheat the food.

This place is way over priced. There were cob webs on the light fixtures, under the edge of the bed was a open condom wrapper, and there was a dead bug in window. The shower also had hair in it.

The location was good and the service was good. The elevator went out and we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. The breakfast hostess was very sweet.

Last minute booked at airport. The airport shuttle was great and the front desk answered my questions in a very professional way.

Easy and convenient location to catch a flight. All hotel staff were very nice, friendly and went the extra mile. They made the stay very enjoyable. One suggested to me to use the complementary shuttle and not drive after parking to grab dinner. Even the shuttle driver was nice to have a conversation with. All amenities you need at the hotel prior to a flight. You can’t hear your neighbor when inside your room but the hallway, you can hear noise. Not a big deal. Breakfast had ample seating. Beds were nice.
One wierd comment is the door to get in hotel is small and only slides opens about 4 feet. With people coming and going and having sometimes big luggage this was unique. Also waiting for guests to walk one way in or out. Would definitely stay here again.
