Hotel and bedsheets reeked of cigarette smoke. Everything in the room that I took out of my suitcase smelled after only being in the room for about 10 hours. Carpet was too gross to walk on without shoes. They did refund my second night when I checked it early.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Carpet in and out of rooms old and dirty. Rooms do not have usable outlets other than for the tv and a lamp.why have complementary coffee maker in room if no where tu plug in. Bathroom old and tub leaking from underneath to the floor and vents filthy with cigarette smell from next door coming in.Wall paper stripping off .

The towels were thin and dirty. The bed covers and sheets were dingy. The room smelled stuffy and the fridge had rust in it. They came to my room to drop towels. They didnt clean it or take out the trash

The whole place looks abandon and unkept. Floor were dirty. That had huge spiders in the walk-way. We notice our room was look through but no turn over sevice. I had to ask for clean towels. Several times. First and last time.

The front desk person acted as though she was either just woken from a deep, deep sleep, or she was very high/drunk on something. She was stumbling around, sighing heavily, couldn’t get the job of checking us in done. Another person took over eventually. We booked two rooms and requested them near each other. They weren’t near each other. We were traveling with family who booked a 3rd room, also not near our 2 rooms, and the staff tried to charge them for two rooms AND us for 2 rooms. The rooms were disgusting. Stains/splatter on walls, carpet, curtains, etc. The bathrooms had black mold on the tub/wall. The ceiling tiles were discolored, falling down, and falling apart. Sinks had pink mildew, no stoppers, and still drained slowly. I did not want to be in that room, let alone sleep or shower there. Would never return and would never recommend.

This facility is what it is. A low cost option across from BDL for early morning flights with a shuttle service. You can also park in their parking lot for $8.00 per day also with shuttle service.

This was stated as renovated, it is dirty, moldy, cigarette holes in bedding, i left, unsafe, filthy, run down establishment. I cant believe you have this listed on Hotels.com Id appreciate what i paid to be put into a bank for a furture stay at a place i had been in the past.

Massive holes in the carpet, broken side entrance door. Shady characters roaming the halls, the smell of weed everywhere, tv didn’t work, and very dirty. Would never in a million years stay here again. I’d rather be homeless.

There was black mold all over the bathroom, it reeked of cigarette smoke, the beds had literal clumps of dirt on them, and the hand towel looked stained/had been used and not cleaned. We knew it was a budget hotel, but the mold and smell made it feel unhealthy to be there. I’m disappointed in Wyndham for acquiring this property and not renovating it into a safe place to sleep.

Starting with the positive, the overnight front desk clerk was lovely and helpful. The hotel is right by the airport, which is exactly what we needed for an early flight. They offer free airport shuttle, which we didn’t use but is a nice feature. The beds were comfy; however, our sheets were all stained with dirt, what appeared to be old blood, and makeup. The towels were in similar condition and our tub didn’t drain well. The shower and baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The walls were also thin so you could easily hear people in the hallway. Overall, would not recommend.

My suggestion is to pass on this hotel. Really shabby. There were holes in the rug, furniture was damaged. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was really cheap. The sheets that I think were supposed to be white were grayish yellow. (YUCK!) My door locks worked but people told me that some others were locked out of their rooms. The breakfast was a joke.
