The hotel is relatively far from the main town but the subway station is very close and was very conveniant to access most place to visit.

this hotel is great for location, great breakfast, lovely staff and bar. However bed mattress was so soft, I could hardly sleep, additionnaly the duvet is very warm vs. room temperature so I was a cranky sweaty mess in the morning.

Overall a good stay. Room was good, staff efficient. 3 things were not great. Wifi was shocking, almost unusable. There was no coffee machine in the room. And the bar was closed at 10pm which seemed very early to me. Otherwise great

Not so good if you want to do any work in the evenings Internet couldn’t get connected at all Excuses given for not sure why the internet wasn’t connecting For a 4 star hotel this is simply unacceptable

Very nice room and bathroom, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is very central and very handy for travel within Offenbach and easy to transit to Frankfurt. A great hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of downtown shopping and the S-Bahn station. While the hotel was great, the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired for. It was included in our room rate, but normally it would cost 24 Euros. That is way overpriced for what you are getting. The only warm choices were eggs over easy or sunny side up or hard/soft boiled eggs. Most mornings only the boiled eggs were left. Then there was sausages, bacon and potatoes. For the two jams, there was no container to put the jam in, so it was running all over the plate. There were mornings when there was no juice, just water. You had one kind of toast, one kind of yoghurt. All in all not a selection I would expect for that price at a Sheraton hotel, but then again we didn't stay there for the food. The room was nice, even though not a lot of space to put anything besides the small closet. There was no dresser, which could have been because we had an extra roll away bed in the room for our son, not sure about that one. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend the place!

Hotel was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Service was good. Rooms are just old and probably need updating. Some mold in the shower seals. Carpet pretty old, worn out and kind of dirty. Other than that, it was still a pretty good value.

It was nice and comfortable stay . TV should have premium paid channels, Breakfast options were limited . Otherwise excellent stay and very nice polite staff ready to help .
