There was a lot of permanent residents in this hotel. Beds were terrible and cleanliness not good. Our crew only stayed 1 night instead of the 8 that they were going to stay because of the conditions.

Staff was incredible we had a faulty refrigerator and they had it changed 5 minutes after we asked about it room was almost spotless and over all i enjoyed my stay throughly. The mosquitos were rampant all over rockport except for the hotel so i was very impressed

The TV didn’t work, sound, but no picture. The bed was so old and uncomfortable we didn’t get a good night sleep the entire time we were there. Every single time we moved, the bed creaked & squeaked. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom. A king size bed and we only got 3 small, flat, pillows. The couch was old, ripped and smelled. One trash can in the whole room next to the door. The lobby reeked of old food. The “complimentary” shampoo was already half used. I know you get what you pay for, but I feel like I overpaid. This was NOT a deal. This was robbery. We should’ve been paid to stay here. Both me and my husband are going home with severe back pain from the mattress and lack of pillows.

Stayed on a day trip to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Decent price and clean room, but found out next morning that the door could be opened without the key card. Overall was a good stay.

Quite and staff nice

We enjoyed our stay! We had 3 kids and they loved swimming in the clean pool!!! Im not sure why so many bad reviews, staff was so nice! The facility itself is so cute, makes you feel like your still at home, people around seem genuine and caring, looking out for each other and kids! Breakfast was a decent selection and fresh, i mean for free breakfast, you can not beat that!! At all! We will definitely book again!!

Ther was nowhere to hang our clothes or towels! The pool was great! The fridge leaked on the floor! The breakfast was great! Awesome waffles, eggs and bacon! The coffee pot was way to small for real coffee drinkers lol! But over all the stay was great! Easy room access and close parking!

We were comfortable and room was clean, overall it was nice. The downside, housekeeping did not come by, as I was told they would, our whole stay. We arrived to find two towels and one washcloth, we were a family of five. I had requested more towels that never came. The pool was closed, my kiddos were disappointed. The best feature was the location! The hotel is close to Rockport Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc

Property is older but other then maybe changing the beds and pillow (giving more then 2 standard size) it’s a good spot and affordable. Hidden little gem. Staff is nice too. If you need something ask!

Check in was great, but the room was another story. When we entered the room, we noticed two coaches laying on their backs. A room for five should have more than two bath towels and at least one bath mat for the floor. The size of the television was to small for the room size. Noise level after ten not in force at all. Need to spend more on the upkeep of the rooms instead of the courtyard which was nice.
