Awful hotel. Black mould underneath the window ledge. Room was so hot and the ac didnt work. Staff were lovely and got us a fan. Pillows uncomfortable, Ibis or Mercure or whoever actually runs this hotel should be embarrassed. Never again.

The whole experience was great and i will be making bookings in the future, the room looked nice and the best was very comfortable. 10/10.

This hotel was actually a positive surprise. The reception, interior and rooms where nice and perfectely done. Good bathroom and a decent bed. However the Wifi in the room didn’t work at all, only during short periods of time. In the dining area and reception the Wifi was great. Should be just as good in the rooms considering it’s 2024. The TV was also a disapointment. No HD-channels at all and no possibility to cast or stream from your phone. Felt like the tech was from 2010 in an otherwise nice and fresh hotel.

Easy check-in on arrival, staff very polite, friendly and very helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated (ongoing), very neat and modern, had everything we needed. Even an ironing station down the hall. Beds were very comfortable, charging plugs right beside each bed (twin room). The bar was open 24 hours, also served snacks and a variety of food, sandwiches, pizza, muffins and pastries. Good location, very close to public transportation, one tube station a few minutes away, another about a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops a short walk up Lillie Road. A few cafés within very close proximity, a few minutes walk. A short 15 minute taxi ride to Victoria Station, very convenient to get to where you need to go, such as Gatwick Express train to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for a London stay if you don`t mind walking or using public transportation.

There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby, from local cafe and pub, to supermarket, fastfood and drugstore. Hotel is clean overall, although it is under renovation during our stay. Fortunately we are situated on the side of the building with minimal noise, and our room is recently renovated. Windows can be opened which is a plus. Strangely there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room feels damped especially after shower. Breakfast is a bit pricy but with very good selection. Discount is given if you purchase breakfast the day before, and can be done one day at a time, which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was close to the subway station. The renovations were quite noisy until about 5:00 PM

I was disturbed by work men at 8:00am banging and sawing. When I told reception he told me I couldn’t have been as they don’t start work until 9:00am. No lie in for me.

Very relaxed front desk not great big desk like other hotels, busses stop just outside. Not sure what’s around as went different places. No toilets on ground floor after a long bus ride it was an issue for me. It was cleaned everyday, staff in restaurant were welcoming and friendly.

Recently refurbished. Very comfortable, nice rooms, lobby, bar. Staff were great. Right next to West Brompton tube. Good value.

Hotel is located underneath a busy plane traffic, and not far from a stadium. Though if the windows were closed it wouldn't have been so bad, but due to their silly excuse of having to control the AC air-condition centrally and only for rooms that are on sunny side, the room temperature was always 24+ C when windows were closed and outdoor temperature was 21+ C. To me, if a hotel indicates that rooms have an AC, I expect that it is possible to adjust the temperature to your comfort, but this hotel missuses the label as false advertisement. They were only able to provide a fan, but it didn't do much good. I suspect they simply want to save money by not having to use an AC and force guests to open windows. You will hereby hear the loud planes even with earplugs. So come here only during winter. Only positive side, is the place provides a decent breakfast, with a lot of plant-based options and close to the underground station. Rooms were always tidy and clean without any problems.
