No hot water!

I've stayed here multiple times and have never run into so many issues. When I arrived I noticed a maintenance towel hanging on the closet door handle, but didn't think much of it at first. At 1am when I was going to bathe, I realized the room had no hot water. I assume they'd been working on it and never finished fixing it. I changed rooms not long after that. When I went to bed right after. the a/c unit would make a loud rattling noise when it turned on, so I got zero sleep that night. But there was hot water. The next day, I changed rooms again. When I went to bed, the pillows - ALL 4 OF THEM - we rock hard. I wasn't able to get sleep on these and got a neck and headache. When I got up in the morning to bathe, again, NO HOT WATER. Y'all, I don't know what's going on here, but you need to get it together! There was construction on site, but hot water is a major thing. Maybe update the pillows as well! I don't know if I'll be able to stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly and didn't fuss when I wanted to move, but the stay was just not good.

The water did not get warm for my shower the first night, but the second night I realized that you have to let it warm up for about 15 mins. The hotel staff kindly allowed me to switch rooms with ease when I told them I was uncomfortable being toward the back door instead of close to the front.

I highly recommend against this place. Half of 2nd floor was restricted due to a crime scene investigation.

I have stayed at this hotel several times previously, but this time I was dissatisfied. Firstly, they triple-charged me for a two-night stay. Upon arrival, I received a text informing me of extra guests and a $10 charge, even though I was alone. Additionally, my room lacked towels, and the mini fridge was non-functional. Some of the male guests made me uncomfortable. In retrospect, despite my past positive experiences, I should have been more cautious of my current stay. I will not stay here again and honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The bed was not comfortable. It sagged in the middle and caused back pain. The room had several cockroaches scurrying around. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer. The shower was dirty. The breakfast was good tho!

Started on arrival. Clerk tried to charge me for a service dog, I refused so they charged me a deposit instead. West Texas is in the middle of a great wave, got to the room and air conditioner was set on fan. Air conditioner was never able to cool room for the 3 days we were there Room had a chemical smell. This hotel is nothing more than a man camp and the hotel is ran this way. Owners of this hotel are not concerned with the comfort of their patrons. Don’t let the Wyndham make fool you. Also, I have reported this hotel for the issue with my service dog.

Good place to stay. The pool was operational. I saw a lot of families at this hotel so it seemed nice.

Was not in a good part of town, looked nothing like the pictures. Pool was out of order. Overall not a good experience, Would not stay again.

When I pulled up it was already Sketchy with people hanging around the parking lot smoking blunts. I keep it moving. Get to my room to shower and change. No soap and no toilet paper. Seriously! Not a single roll of toilet paper. I go into the hall and find an employee. She doesn’t speak English so we communicate through our phone translators. Says she will take care of it. I head to dinner and come back. So someone came in my room and took the towel and wash cloth I used to shower. But didn’t give me new ones or the Toilet paper and Soap!! Like Seriously??!!! I go to bed. Get up the next day and go get everything myself from the front desk. I leave for the day and come back 9 hrs later. Once Again!! They came to my room and took all dirty towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Didn’t even touch my bed either! Half the plugs are so worn out your cell phone barely stays plugged in. The Raggedy A/C runs nonstop!!! This place is an absolute Dump. It’s over due for a renovation by like 15 years. Spend the extra money to not get stuck here.

Surrounding area didn’t seem very safe. Shower water pressure was very low and the tub did not drain well at all. The restaurant was FANTASTIC! We were very impressed with that. The pool was also very big and nice.
