A booked six rooms for a family gathering. Everyone was able to check in. The rooms were close to each other. We spend time down in the lobby gathering and catching up. The rooms were comfortable the rooms were clean. The staff were excellent that includes Leo and David. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area we would definitely stay there again. The beds are also comfortable. They were small but comfortable. There are no microwaves in the room but there were refrigerators.

My stay was okay,when i got to the Hotel, i paid with my debit card,i was told i have to pay a $100 deposit that the deposit will return to my card after 3 business day,to my surprise,this people return only $70 from the $100 i make for deposit,that was not our agreement, i don't know why they took $30 extra

This hotel is in a declining area. We found blood on the sheets, people randomly knocking on the doors all night. The front desk never answer the phone and no security. The best I could hope for was Police assistance, which just happen to be conveniently located down stairs in the lobby.

The bathroom sink had a dirt ring around it.
In the upper corner of the room there was a big red stain. The faucette in the bathroom was broken and twisted to the side. Just a suggestion, people staying on lower floors give them a eafs up on the Sunday service.

** The place was horrbale.** I dont know if my next door neighbor"1020" was geting killed she was yelling out loud, it was really rude of her becouse we could not sleep at all. The room is not in good shape, restroom is so tiny you can burly fit. The tows where not in the restroom hanging or on a top shelv where they go they had put them in top of the " shower . . We called the front desk and it rang about 7-9 times and nobody answered the the fone. They are not respectfull . * i will never come to this hotel ever again. I give it a zero star

This site says there is parking onsite, but that's not really true. They only have valet parking for an extra 30 dollars per night. I talked to the valet and they said that they have parking behind the hotel, but when I drove around the block the hotel parking is actually a city owned general use garage you have to pay by the hour for. This place seems like it's trying to be fancier than it is, but is pretty run down, in particular the bathroom appliances didn't work well (shower controls felt like they were about to fall off the wall).

This became an extra hassle as we traveled all the way from the Westcoast and were tired and not expecting to deal with an unprepared room, roach infestation, and room changes. I will say I've stayed here previously and this is the first time I've had this negative experience
