The hotel is very nice. Clean. Open. Reception staff was friendly and efficient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and will probably stay here again. It is clean and comfortable. Large bed room and a separate living room. The breakfast is wonderful! Hot, cooked to order eggs and omelets. The only negative was that we had problems with the tub faucet and had to change rooms the next day. Changing rooms after getting settled in is not fun.

On the plus side they have great parking spots below the hotel.

The lobby and breakfast were great but the rooms are old and the bathrooms definitely need to be updated. The room I was in, the bed was comfortable, spacious room, however the tub had so much rust, and the faucet in the tub kept leaking water. Our balcony door didn’t shut and lock properly. Bed was okay. The pillows are awesome! The room was clean and smelled nice. Most of the lamps didn't work and it was dark in the room. The fridge and microwave worked great.
The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and polite. My vehicle would not fit in the parking garage so I was able to park near the main entrance.
The interior of the hotel is very pretty and relaxing.
The traffic outside is noisy and there were a lot of emergency vehicles

It was comfortable because nearby shopping malls and restaurants gave me a lot of choices. I'm willing to find it again.

This hotel needs a good room remodel. Dirty carpet, dirty chairs and sofa, stained showers and sinks. Priced way too high considering the brand new hotel across the street is only about $50 more per night. The lobby and location are pretty much the only positive at this point.

So our room wasnt ready when they said it was gonna be, so my boy at the front desk compt us the presi suite which was cool af had a couple issues with the tub that kept leaking and some paint that bubbled up in the shower but other than that we enjoyed it bathroom is huge by the way .

We’ve stayed here many, many times throughout the past decade, both business and pleasure. It’s starting to show its age with cracked tiles here and there and chipping paint. The pull out couch mattress in our latest room was borderline disgusting and my 14 yr old son struggled getting comfortable all night long. The pillows appear to be down, which is nice but we’re all essentially flat! The hosted evening bar has really gone down hill with 2 drinks per adult and snacks that are relatively unsavory. The breakfast has also gone downhill in terms of quality, although they still have made to order eggs if you’re willing to wait in line.
