It was a beautiful hotel and we stayed in a room with a full kitchen including full size fridge and electric stovetop and they include pots, pans, utensils, and silverware which we loved :)

It was a great stay overall just had a little flood in the closet because of the AC but things happen. They accommodated to us and it was all great. Great service.

this place was amazing for a last minute emergency situation where my family was unable to stay at our apartment. having a pregnant wife and 3 year old boy and dog finding last minute accomodations wasnt exactly easy but chase suite made everything easy on us im a hectic sitatuin. im grateful to the staff there for everythhing

Check in good. Breakfast excellent and social hour exceptional. The room is big, it is divided in 2 pieces: there’s a living room with couch and a kitchen with big fridge and the 2nd piece was the 2 bedroom. The thing I really appreciated was the fact that they didn’t mind call me when my package (that I order online) arrived. Thank you

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Amazing place to stay if you have little ones. Super clean areas. Breakfast was amazing. They offered a rotating hot breakfast each morning so it was nice having something different everyday during our stay. The staff was amazing and catered to our needs super fast! 10/10!! Will definitely be retuning and recommending to others!

Most everything was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was better than most places we have stayed. Tha evening social hour was pleasant. Our only negative comment is about the in room coffee. Not sure if it was the coffee or the water to make it,but it was the worst we have ever had.

The room we were given was facing towards the main road which i had kids to watch out for, pose a hazards since it was a walk from.the parking lot. The front door didnot seal properly which aloud traffic noise

Front desk agent was really rude I have been coming to chase hotel for years spend a lot with them and I noticed that the customer service is getting worse the more you still I use to long this hotel until I began having issues with the women and the front desk

it is absolutely disgusting the hotel provides no daily room service cleaning after post covid pandemic. According to their new policy, they only provide house keeping service if the same guest stays at the room for more than 7 nights.
Again it is disgusting to not clean daily or even every two days.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
