Room was very nice. Good location. Only knock against it was the breakfast. I didn't care that we would have had to purchase the breakfast, it was more about the options that were available to purchase. I don't mind paying for breakfast at all, but if I am it should feel more premium

Room and staff were great. The bad thing was, I thought all Best Westerns offered free breakfast…not this one! They offer breakfast, but it will cost you. Was not a fun surprise. For that reason I won’t be back, I’ll go back to staying at the Hampton or Home2Suites across the street when in town where I won’t have the added cost of paying for breakfast.

The only 2 things we did not like is that you are unable to have room temperature lower then 68 degrees even when you call regarding room being too warm and they do not offer free breakfast with room. They had a very nice outdoor area to enjoy. Pool was small and so very crowded and not enjoyable No hot tub.

Very friendly staff, easy and quick check in, convenient location. I really have no negative things to say about this property! That was our first stay at a Best Western Premier hotel, and I will absolutely search them out the next time my family is traveling!

Was a nice stay but we had our do not disturb sign on our door & housekeeping knocked on our door anyway, at 8:45am. Super frustrating!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier in Ankeny, Iowa. The room was very clean as well as roomy and comfortable. The aesthetic of the hotel commons and rooms is beautiful! The bathroom was very nice, clean and roomy and the shower and toilet were separated from the sink for easibility of more than 1 person getting ready at the same time. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well in this bed and I do not come by that easily! We will absolutely mark this as a favorite and be back as long as the price is affordable!

A friend and I like to attend the first day of the Iowa state fair so we look for a hotel with easy access to the main highway. The Ankeny BW meets that requirement. This was our second time there. Last year the breakfast was free. This year the coffee was free.

We traveled from Michigan to Montana and back. We stayed in several hotels and this was by far the best. Front desk people were wonderful, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. There was no loud noise.

This is our 3rd summer visiting Adventureland and we always stay here! It’s extremely clean, the pool is small but water is a great temperature (lukewarm!) and the beds are comfortable! Great price too! Can’t be beat!

Very nice and comfortable!I would have loved a free breakfast as that is what we are used to at other hotels when we travel. Also - not a big fan of the dark bathroom- not much light in there - the mirror lighting up does not give enough light for doing you make up. Otherwise very nice overall
