It was disappointing that the staff did not speak English at all. This made the extra taxes they apparently needed us to pay very confusing. The bed and pillows were also of low qualify. We would only recommend it for a single night.

Good walking distance to the center. The breakfast was rather expensive so we are at a bakery for less than half the price of the hotel. Housekeeping knockad on our door before 9 am which we think is way to early. Luckily we were awake and about to go out for breakfast.

This hotel is good for you if you want a simple clean hotel room near the train station. The rooms are modern and basic. The breakfast buffet is good.

There is no kettle in the rooms, so you can't make yourself coffee, but you can get a free coffee in the reception area most times of the day. The breakfast and restaurant prices are high but there are a few restaurants and bakeries around. We had breakfast for two at around 10 euros at the bakery right in the train station. I'd like to see them update their fading painting collection on the walls. If you decide that you don't want housekeeping services every day to help the environment, you can get drink vouchers for their bar.... but be sure to get them day by day or you won't have time to take advantage of your bonus for having foregone the cleaning services.

This is a really cheap Hotel. But don´t book with breakfast, it is to expensive. There are a lot of backers near to the hotel where you can take a good and rich breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. In walk distance you can reach in 5 to 10 minutes shops, cafes and restaurants. You can park your car 24 hours in a public parking garage just around the corner for less than 10 €.

We expected a no-frills kind of place, but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, large, and included amenities such as a stocked fridge (with item prices that were not inflated whatsoever). Besides the bonus of being 300 feet from the Main Train Station, the hotel looked over a cute little market place, and is located very close to an amazingly pristine lake, The Pfeffenteich. The distance from the hotel to the castle and other main tourist destinations is one mile or two, but with plenty to do or see on the way if walking is not a problem for you. And, if you prefer not to walk everywhere, the hotel gives you a complimentary all-travel ticket so you can use the buses or trolleys throughout the city during your stay! We preferred to walk since the weather was beautiful, but if you plan on using city transportation services, this could save you a few bucks. The hotel staff was very friendly, there was a nice bar and the breakfast buffet (though extra money) was wonderful. The bar area was a little too smokey at times, but that may just be parts of Europe in general.
